Hello! I decided to try this since I was bored and procrastinating. Here's my redline for you.

Here are some things I noticed:
- The head needs to be less wide and more rounded. An oval or circle shape should work - don't go too rectangular.
- The ears should not be facing too far inwards if you want to be more realistic. I just happened to make mine face outwards, but you can also make them facing forward.
- I shaped the eye to look more realistic, but I think you're going for a more cartoon/anime approach, so yours is fine. c:
- The head should not be too much larger than the body. Animals like dogs and cats have heads that are close to the size of their chest and shoulders. Thinner bodies are seen in humans.
- On your sketch, I wasn't sure if the wavy lines on the left side was a tail or not, so I just made a tail. ^^;
