Writing; In his lifetime, Chilan has been rejected by most of his kind. He is hurt by the way they make him out to be a blot upon the earth. He has painful longing to be with someone, someone who accepts him for who he is. He is just a sleepy dragon! Other sleepy dragons have bullied him to the point where he just stands alone with his painful memories of it. He wishes for someone to come along, who understands him. He has the hope to interact with the 'one', so he still tries to be social. He wants to fall in love someday, maybe with the 'one', a significant other. In the past, Chilan just slept with his bullying-inflicted depression. But now, he is out looking for someone to at least, befriend.

~ The truth ~
Why is all the effort I put into things never good enough?
Its discouraging,
you know,
never being good enough.

It certainly does absolutely nothing for my want to continue trying,
which is silly,
but even I'll admit it,
it gets so old putting together something I'm proud of,
Maybe for something I really want,
only to loose it to someone else.

It makes it so much harder to keep trying,

there's always that sinking feeling that I'm really just doing all this,
for nothing.
There will always be someone better,
after all.

but still,
It would be nice for things to work out for once.
