why do they cover their eyes? Avery covers their eyes because they were not a fan of their eye color.

why do they cover their eyes?: DIsmarelda hates their eyes. They feel like red is the color of evil, and it doesn't help that they control darkness. Although they can't hide their whole body, the feel the least they can do is hide their eyes.

Why?;;
Their eyes are actually very sensitive to light and they can get headaches after
too much exposure. Growing their hair out and letting it fall over their eyes
was the best solution they could think of at the time and they haven't really seen
the need to change since then. They can still see past their hair, but not very
well. So, if they're not careful, they can stumble and/or fall quite a bit.

why do they cover their eyes?: Polly simply feels as if he will intimidate others if he uncovers his eyes. He tends to accidentally glare, and ends up scaring others or making them intimidated or even provoking them to argue accidentally.

Feldspar covers her eyes because she feels that revealing them to others is a sign of sensitivity- a trait which she has no desire to possess. However, she is very fond of her eyes and looks in a mirror whenever she gets the chance. She also loves her haircut. How could you blame her though? Those bangs are styled perfectly.

(As a side note, I just love the aesthetics of this one! Great job, ospreybutt!)
