Could i give you a few tips to help get it to intermediate, if thats okay with you
You could give it some more difinitive shading e.g. muscle tone or depth- I'd use burn and dodge for that but its up to you
The ears need to be a little bit smaller so they dont over shadow the head and their insides need to be a darker version of the body colour so it becomes more realistic.
Also the mouth needs to be a fraction down a bit as it seems too high up and the eye could be a little bit rounder but apart from that great its a great drawing and i especially love how you've high-lighted the mane and forelock
