i agree with everyone else that this offer is not fair to you, but just to be more specific:
horror's rarity list is a resource that gives values to each pet on chickensmoothie. on the list, your pet is known as the "mime gupps" and its value is equivalent to three 2010-2011 rare pets. their pets do not add up to that value at all, due to their rarity and age.
there is also an extension by oreozhere which adds helpful c$ values to each pet in trades. using their script, their side adds up to 6-9 c$, while your adds up to around 100-120 c$.
so by both measures, their side is much below yours.
