He sighed in relief, giving his fellow apprentice a sheepish smile. "Okay, thank you.... And it's fine. Don't worry about it."

The she-cat blinked as she watching him, purring in amusement as she gave a small nod. "Definitely~ I'm loving this warmth." After moving to a spot where the sun shone through the trees, she smiled slightly as she sunned herself for a few moments- before scenting a squirrel. Immediately, she dropped into a crouch; her pale green eyes narrowing in concentration as she tried to pinpoint where the rodent was. She then began to stalk forward, soon able to see the squirrel. She grinned and pricked her ears before dashing forward, startling the squirrel so badly it squeaked and dropped the acorn it had been nibbling on. It then dashed towards the nearest tree, though Spottedtail was right after it. She wasn't going to let it escape her paws again after she was right on top of it.... and luckily, she could climb trees rather nimbly.

Luckily for Spottedtail, one of the squirrel's paws didn't quite catch on the bark, and it practically fell into the small she-cat's jaws. She then climbed back down the tree after perching herself on a branch and turning around. Landing softly on the ground, she killed the rodent (which was still squirming in her jaws) with one gentle bite. She then closed her eyes as she lay it down and whispered her thanks to StarClan.

He nodded. "Alright, if you're sure," He mewed, leading her further into the trees, making sure to keep an ear out for any prey. He scented the air, but didn't smell much.

The sleek apprentice blinked in surprise, shifting a bit uncomfortably. "Um, well.... I don't really know how to explain it. I grew up like this, so I can't really contrast it with the life you've lived.... You'd really have to see for yourself," He murmured, before added a soft, "Sorry...."

(( @hella low - Owlstar, Clouddapple, and Larkpaw encountered a badger, and a few cats are hunting- Bramblepaw is talking to the kittypet Sky.... That's what I know is going on, at least ^^;; ))

The gray tom blinked, lifting his head at the sound of a voice. He noticed Maplefall and gave her a small smile. "Of course. I'd love to have some company~" He mewed in reply as he gave a small nod.

"When all you do is lounge around the camp because they don't let you leave you do a lot of thinking" she purred "an open mind will take you places I find." Pausing for a moment she looked around her blurry surroundings before she stopped walking. It was times like that she wished she had her perfect vision back so she could see the wonders of nature, she was almost willing to give anything at times to get it back "do you miss being able to go out and do things with the others?"

He nodded to Honeypaw, flicking his tail over his shoulder gently. "Yeah, I'm positive." His ears twitched, and he blinked before looking back over at Sky, nervousness taking over him. Uncertainty glazed his hazel eyes. "Um... I'm not sure.... That's really up to Owlstar," He murmured quietly.

"Owlstar? She's the leader of our clan. She makes decisions for us that will protect us, and we basically follow what she says." He replied quietly. "She's a great leader, in my opinion~ She's pretty nice, too."
