Fact: Australia's inland taipan is notorious for being the most venomous terrestrial snake in the world... but to date there have been no recorded deaths to their bites—unlike their coastal cousins, inland taipans live in remote wilderness and are both shy and rare, so they don't really come into contact with humans often. When bites do happen, antivenom is widely-available!
