This was made by tumblr user garfemon, who was making fusions of Garfield with a bunch of pokemon in dex order (this one being dugtrio!) but it doesn’t look like their blog has updated since 2020. I found their etsy under the name ShawnsMysteryZone, but it doesn’t look like they’re selling any pins either may be worth reaching out, depending on how bad you want the pin, to see if there’s any extra stock!
