It’s hard to find info on the Tess horses when it comes to value/trading, so I’d get a Second opinion,
Treating it as if there is no special value it would be worth 2 09 rares or 70c$. So I’d say your over paying for the Tess horse,
Now some people may value it high because it is a Tess horse, past trades for less valuable Tess horses have had partners valuing them at 100c$ but that is just their personal opinion for the pet.

Nick dog isn’t to special unless your a nick lineart collector, so it’s worth three month rule or 25c$. So your actually underpaying by 5c$ or 5 2021 rares
