Welcome to the Beaumont Collie Title Program!
This is an optional program so entirely up to you if you'd like to participate. We would love to see you here, though!

Currently
Round 313 will close on May 9th at 10 pm CST!

Guidelines

You may enter a maximum of ten collies total per round, for a maximum of twenty total entries across conformation and sports.
Each collie is only allowed to enter conformation and one sport per round.
Your collie does not have to enter conformation, but it cannot enter in both agility and herding in the same round. For example a collie can enter in conformation and agility or only agility. Entries who do not follow the new rule will be skipped.
Each round will last seven days, judging will begin, and a new round will start.
An updated storage site or kennel thread is required to participate.
Please only comment forms here, conversation or other comments can be said in the discussion club or discord.
Only use ribbons that your collie has won.
Titles were adapted and modified from AKC and AHBA.
Incorrect forms may not be able to be judged if not fixed before judging.
Collies with line edits may not enter in conformation.

How To Play

First, you must own a collie! They can be adopted from the main page.
Second, decide if you'd like to enter in conformation and pick either herding or agility to enter.

Conformation
If you decide to enter conformation your collie will be put in an rng against all other participants, then randomly split up into a sub-group consisting of about 20 collies. The highest number in each sub-group will win Best of Breed. There are other placements for the next highest numbers, and ribbons will be handed out. Any collies who do not make a placement will receive a participant ribbon.

Herding
If you decide to enter the herding trials your collie must pass both test levels before beginning specific trials. The tests must be retaken if failed. After passing both then your collie can specialize or do multi-classes where it must qualify to gain the title. Ribbons will be handed out for new titles.

Agility
If you decide to enter agility your collie must past both introductory courses. The tests must be retaken if failed. Then your collie may enter for standard agility trials.

The Beaumont Collie group holds its own specialty shows, judging for best conformation to breed standards and the overall best of the breed!

This will be a competitive rng show, scoring dogs 1-100. Collies with at least one BOB will receive an extra roll but no extra points from prior titles. Collies with a BOS will receive 6 points added onto their score, collies with a SF or SM will receive 4 points added onto their score, and collies with an AOM will receive 2 points added onto their score. These extra points will stack, but you may not receive a bonus of more than 12 points added onto the score.

To receive a championship, it's required to earn two Best of Breed Ribbons.
Once a collie receives a championship title, they will pass down conformation perks to their future puppies.

A grand championship requires three Best of Breed Ribbons
A bronze grand championship requires four Best of Breed Ribbons
A silver grand championship requires five Best of Breed Ribbons
A gold grand championship requires six Best of Breed Ribbons
A platinum grand championship requires eight Best of Breed Ribbons

Beaumont Collies can specialize with one type of animal, or work with all four!

The test levels are on a qualifying score of above 75/100 and both HCT and JHD must be passed in order to continue onto herding trial I.

For the trials the dog must have a qualifying score of above 85/100 which will be rng'd. You will chose which animal to work with, and it is possible to trial for a different animal each round. Your collie does not need to start with cattle, it can begin with any herding animal.

Once awarded an advanced (III) level title you may opt to compete for the HTCh. This will be competitive with first place earning the coveted title. With the achievement of two or more advanced level titles you may opt to compete for the HTMCh. With the achievement of all advanced titles you may opt to compete for the HTECh.

HTMCH and HTECH are open for entries and will be rolled the same way HTCH is, with the top 20% of dogs passing and receiving a rosette.

A HIT will be awarded to any collie that receives a score of 100/100 in an HTD level trial.
Once a collie receives two advanced (III) level titles, they will pass down herding perks to their future puppies.

Beaumont collies must begin with introductory agility, and receive a score of at least 75/100 which will be rng'd. Once both ACT1 and ACT2 have been passed, your collie can begin competing for standard agility. A qualifying score of at least 85/100 must be reached per title.

In order to get MACH once MX is won, a collie must receive a score in the top 20% of MACH entries for that round. Entries will be not be re-rolled until one gets 100, and there is no minimum passing score.
Once a collie receives a MACH title, they will pass down agility perks to their future puppies.

Dogs entering any standard agility title will both compete to qualify for the title and to compete against others dogs for best scores. The top four dogs will receive a ribbon as long as they qualify.

Premier agility is currently open for entries. These trials are rolled the same way MACH is, with the top 20% of dogs passing and receiving a rosette and place ribbon.

Vouchers can be won through regular participation in the title program, or through guessing games hosted on discord. A list of entrants with scores of 95/100 or better and those who placed in conformation will be compiled, and then I will roll a random number for each name - the entrant with the highest number will then receive a voucher. Guessing games, with questions pertaining to the round it is associated with, will be hosted after each round closes and before results are posted. Whoever guesses the correct answer first will win a voucher. Each type of voucher is limited to one per person per month.

For both types of vouchers, you are limited to one common trait and unlimited very common and under traits on the rarity chart.
Vouchers may also be saved up and traded in at a later date for rough or curly customs - three vouchers equals a rough coat, five vouchers equals a curly coat. The color of the collie will still be limited to one common trait and unlimited very common and under traits.

If you've won a voucher and wish to redeem it, please dm Vinson (CS or discord) and let them know what traits you have chosen and the round you won the voucher in. You can also choose to have a custom randomized! Other artists may occasionally be open to making voucher requests, but please inquire first before attempting to redeem with anyone other than Vinson.
If you choose to save your vouchers, please note which round each was won in and provide these round numbers when redeeming.

Vouchers may be gifted, but not sold for any currency (real or on-site). If you are the recipient of a gifted voucher, you will be required to show a screenshot of proof of ownership including both usernames and the round the voucher was won in when you redeem it.

There is a new rule where dogs can only be entered in conformation + one sport per round.
There is also a new rule of only five collies max per person that can be entered in the program per round.
