@KittyandCat
this is the guide I followed when I skinned my first Furby - I found it extremely helpful! Just know that some Furbs have TONS of glue around the faceplate, and it can be a pain to get off until you've gone ahead and gotten just about everything else off, making it pretty much the last step. I had to do that with my boy Skulduggery. Also, the little guys are more durable than they seem to be, so while you DO want to be careful, don't be afraid to kick that glue's butt if you need to. I didn't actually use a knife - I just picked at it with my fingernails. ^o^
@Karkat/Evils - Daww, I love your Furbishes! I've been wanting one for a while now, but I have the same problem as most other people and just can't seem to find them for sane prices. I also strongly envy your brown 2005 - it's a dream Furb of mine! Shelbies are my main thing, though. I'm only missing five! I have the other seven colour variations, not to mention a couple extra ones: I have two of the silver/black ones, like Clayton, and two of the toads!
