It had been a couple of moons since Alpine had discovered this territory and deemed it suitable for a clan of his own, the large feline nodded in his approval in everything that he had ventured out and explored making sure that he was familiar with the territory. From the heartlines of the streams feeding into the rivers that dotted throughout the terrain, to the forbidden marshes that only spoke of death, and suffering of those who were not careful to trek there safely.
The first thing that Alpine had come across was the pond. It was nightfall at the time, and it was beautiful, with the twinkling stars, and the moon waning with its moonlight adorning the rippling waves. That following how mysterious and mythical this was at least to him, something that he determined that he should be able to share with others. Conversations were not his exact greatest strengths, been a cat of a few words, and his actions spoke louder than his words did.
The massive feline moved onwards on silent paws, trekking down the slope towards the lapping shoreline of the pond, it was somewhat deep. Tail swishing behind him as he descended downwards, paws hitting the shoreline, and he lowered himself into the water, mindful of the fact that it could bring onto his death, but he doubted the gods would permit such a thing has that, no?
For he did not understand the god’s way, nor the visions that were brought to him, he was not talented in that regard, of which he needed an oracle to make sense of the visions, messages and or warnings that were necessary for the clan’s lineage.
With time he would only have to get his paw wet on the sacred ground, but this was an entirely different ordeal, so the large feline remained in the water for the time begin, hating how the cold water was lapping onto fur, weighing him down temporarily. Focusing on clearing his mind, and closing his eyes, making his entire desire wanted.
He requested an oracle.
What he wanted was a companion.

Juniper berries| helps with a bellyache, give strength, soothe troubled breathing, and can calm cats down
Lamb’s ear| gives strength
Lavender| can hide the scent of death, also cures fevers and chills
Mallow leaves| eaten to soothe bellyache
Marigold| stops infections, bleeding, and is used for inflammation and stiff joints
Poppy leaves| promotes sleep, eases shock, and distress
Ragwort leaves| help with aching joints, combined with Juniper berries.
Raspberry leaves| is a painkiller, stop bleeding, and could stop bleeding during a kitting
Rush| broken bones used to keep a broken bone in place
Snakeroot| applied to wounds and heals poison
Tansy| coughs soothes sore throats and used to cure wounds and poison
Tormentil| used to extract poison and good for all general wounds
Thyme| to cure anxiety, nervousness, and cats who are in shock
