This song is a love song where the singer is finding themselves in love with someone despite their own flaws. Onyxdream being a teenager/apprentice is still trying to find her feet and is often unsure of herself, and much of her story is coming to terms with her own flaws and knowing that she might not always have the right answer. I like to think of this song as a love song to herself as she falls in love with her own flaws.

This feels like a song that is the perfect backdrop to the way that she guides the cats of Ridgeclan, seeing them all as her children. Guiding them to find greatness in themselves, she cherishes them all deeply. Its joyful and happy tunes reflect how she hopes to guide them all to a bright future.

Clayfreckle: Wild Party - Lo-Fi Children

This song is about a the beginnings of a relationship, and just adoring that time with a partner. The joy and love that Clayfreckle and Blossomheart cherish together definitely matches. Especially the nuisance that Blossomheart almost ended up with Snow, and that was one of the things that made Clayfreckle take the jump.

Wanderclaw is a Starclan cat, in an attempt to warn the clans about an incoming disaster found himself both stuck in the living world, and having forgotten his time in Starclan. However sometimes he is struck by visions of his past life and his time in Starclan. The sense of belonging that this song explores is pretty much exactly how he feels in those moments, when he’s back where he should be.

Aside from the name of the song being moon-related, I feel that this song represents Moongaze and the way she feels about Icarus and even the Moon herself, sometimes. They have such an ingrained part to play, in the grand scheme of things, and sometimes she can't help but wonder about what could have been.
Never for long, though.

"Tell me once again / I could have been anyone, anyone else. / Before you made the choice for me."
>> This is both toward Icarus and the Moon Goddess herself- Moongaze doesn't see why it had to be them, the seer, the one who waited for the new moontouched. They never had a choice in this. Not that she's questioning the will of the Lady Moon, of course.
