Each raj was judged individually. ** I would like to remind everyone about my previous post. Any late edited post was disqualified in its entirety! Sorry it took me so long to judge, but the end date was the final opportunity to edit, and there are no exceptions, especially after the harassment I received for it. I would appreciate no more fights about it, thank you.

PMs will not be sent out, since this list is easy to navigate, but official ownership transfers will be posted in due time.
Do not post a claim on the pages of any of these raj until I or an an approved staff member make the transfer post!

Sorry about the wait, free time is hard to come by right now, but I've posted ownership transfers on the tier one and three raj.
If I've missed any, or the info is incorrect, let me know! Otherwise, feel free to post on them now.
Ard and Hooves have both graciously offered to transfer the tier two raj tonight or tomorrow morning since I'm out of time, so those will be done soon, too.
