Nomination Giveaway - 1 - 1 Special Batch Rare Potion

This contest was nomination based. People submitted their small blurbs of why they thought a person deserved to win one of these potions. Each submission was added and tallied and the winner was chosen based on how many people submitted for one member.

Alrighty ladies and Gents. Here is what you've been waiting for! Now let me just say, everyone who voted and sent in such amazing things, you guys are awesome! And I want to thank you for taking the time to do it. I am honestly surprised by how few nominations I received, but ever so pleased by the quality and touching content within them.

And the winner is James! Congrats on the potion!

Now, let me explain this potion a little more clearly.
This is a Special Batch potion. You can ONLY apply it to a batch, it is not a MYO. This potion works much like a normal mutation potion, however you will be able to pick one event rare trait to be guaranteed added to your batch, regardless of weather either parent has that trait whatsoever. HOWEVER you can only use this potion for event rare mutations that exist as of Feb, 2017 or before, anything after feb cannot be acquired by this potion. Please also keep in mind; this potion is a heavy potion though, so it will take up 3 potion slots of your 5 allowed when requesting a batch. (which means that only 2 extra potions at max can be applied to the batch submission.)

That being said, you can hang onto it as long as you want or cash it in whenever you want, just contact Mintchip and it will be arranged.

Now, because they were great, here are only two of the blurbs submitted for James.

- James was honestly one of the first people to welcome me into the viscet community. He is always so supportive and friendly, cheering me up when I'm down and helping me to stay involved even when my life gets in the way. It's always so awesome when we chat or compare designs. He's always willing to give one hundred percent whenever you ask for help or advice and is overall just a pretty awesome friend to have. He helped me to figure out how the community worked and served as an inspiration for me whenever I created my first few forms.

-James has always been so incredibly kind to me, and even now, when I had to back out of an auction because I couldn't afford the bid, he's offered to pay it for me. They've always been so lovely, and they've done a few of my nursery batches that turned out amazing. They've been super helpful if I ever have a question, and he truly seems to be a good person seeking to do good for the viscet community and it's members. I am eagerly awaiting to see how his skill improves over time.

"Milo was my best friend first and my SO next. Best friend always, SO, well... you never know what the future holds, but I truly, with all of my heart, believe we will be together forever. It sounds stupid, but he's my soulmate through and through. I found my life in him, I found my home. Even as far as we are from each other, he is still home. He's helped me through so much, and continues to do so to this very day. He's extremely motivated, supportive, strong, level-headed. He's honestly my idol. He's my celebrity. I look up to him in every way possible. I strive to be more like Milo with how I present myself, how I speak, how I act... And that goes for the community too. He's so kind and caring and works a lot behind the scenes without giving a single hell if people recognise that or not. He's seriously such an inspiration and I could never love anyone more than I love him. He is my lifeline."

"I had never really had much of an interaction with Milo. personally, however I have always been watching the community and he is one of the most selfless and pure-hearted people I have seen. He is always so kind to everyone and is just the sweetest to James. Seeing him around brightens my day and I cannot say how honored I am to own one of his beautiful designs."

- Wolfwithwings38 is an absolutely sweet community member. They're always humble and they're constantly smiling, regardless if they win or lose a competition they entered. Even when they were COPPA'd, wolfwithwings38 always tried their best to work hard, despite the limitations they had placed on them by the COPPA. Their forms are always demonstrating their hard work ^^

They have never once acted rude or mean towards other players; they're like a literal ball of sunshine, happiness, and adoration. They always go out of their way to compliment other forms while also congratulating the winners. When they win a viscet, it's certain that they will absolutely and forever cherish it. I admire the fact that they're a great sport in general.


- know Wolf is still super young, but they seem to have matured just in their time in the community. They always accept defeat with grace (at least that I've seen) and they are quick to both congratulate winners and batch receivers on their acquisitions. They always seem chipper and accepting, and when they do win a viscet they are always just so excited that it hurts you not to pick them next time around because you know how much they are going to love the bab. Honestly, I'm not sure if anyone else will nominate them, but I hope they have a reach chance at this <3

Please also keep in mind; this potion is a heavy potion though, so it will take up 4 potion slots of your 5 allowed when requesting a batch. (which means that only 1 extra potions at max can be applied to the batch submission.)

Now, because they were great, here are some of the blurbs submitted for howling.

- Wow. What to say? Howling is the sweetest person, and she was the very first friend I made in the staff.
So, I first met Howling before I joined the staff, she was so cool and her art was so awesome and I was like... they'll never be my friend Annnd then she was so nice and so cool and took it upon herself to PM me and talk to me and it was the coolest thing. I didn't know at the time, that she'd become one of my bestest friends, but that's what she's turned into. She is an amazing artist, and she rarely does things just for herself, and always seems to be working on things for other people.

- I really and truly love all of the artists for viscets, and if I could nominate them all I really would, but for this one I am going to be choosing Howlingtothestars. Like a lot of the other artists, Howling has been there for the community. However, I've had personal experience with howling. When I've needed help they have been there. I made a big mistake when I first started Viscets and PM'd them. Without judgement they messaged me back and helped me out. Sure, I felt stupid after I PM'd them, but they were just so nice and polite about it I got over it quickly.

- Despite the fact that I am not generally involved within the Viscet community, and that I am also a non-owner, I had always admired Howling's designs and their art! Looking from afar, they seem really really kind in comparison to most others in the Viscet community, and I feel like they do deserve this potion for the fact that they're so dedicated to making Viscet designs with effort and love. That in itself, is incredible in my opinion. I am not one to regularly watch for new viscets, but when I see howling's designs (which are hecking creative), it -lowkey- makes me want to try to join the community!!
