✧ coming from class 3-e, kaede is one of the most cheerful students. she's kind
and a bit passive agressive. she was also given the nickname forever flat as a
codename during her class. kayano is 4'7 and weighs 86 pounds. her favorite
food is pudding, and she loves to make it. she has a catchphrase of always
saying "once i put my mind on something, i just keep rolling!"

⇢ Abigail Hobbs is a clever and jaded kid who keeps her emotions close to her chest, navigating around things she doesn't want to say and very rarely letting anyone in past the taciturn shell she generally presents. Because of this, she often comes off as rather cold and short, especially towards people she doesn't know. To an extent, she can be a rather cunning manipulator when she wants to, and isn't afraid to lie (either outright or by omission) if she feels it is to her benefit; however, she is still young and certainly not a flawless liar, as well as still being distinctly vulnerable to deception herself. Underneath it all, she's not mean-spirited, but her life has left her bitter and uncertain. She fears others will judge and scorn her for her past and thus internalizes virtually all her feelings of guilt. She also has a difficult time coming to trust people through natural means, and doesn't want to get close enough to others for them to risk breaking through the well-crafted shell she has built up around herself. On the inside, she carries a lot of hurt and doubt and longs for a stable source of support but fears that that is impossible, or that such a relationship might once again end up being more damaging than helpful.

⇢ Though this sudden transition has reduced his apocalyptic upbringing to a dreamlike memory hovering distantly behind him, Carl still certainly retains the traits that harsh world taught him. Though his outward demeanor is seldom outright hostile, spending any amount of time with him will quickly reveal his bitter underside. When under distress, he can very easily become downright callous or almost frighteningly cold, with no tolerance for being threatened or dismissed. Carl is, simultaneously, both fiercely loyal and fiercely independent - those within his rather small circle of genuine trust are also those he will protect with his life, yet he's often rebellious and will certainly make it known if he disagrees with any orders he's given. He's determined, if not downright stubborn, and fiercely protective of others - unless they've done something to seriously spurn him, in which case he won't hesitate to make his feelings known. Ultimately, Carl is still driven more than anything by emotion, reckless and headstrong and ever-determined to prove himself. Moments where he allows himself to appear vulnerable are incredibly rare, regardless of how close you may be to him. Despite all this, he ultimately wants to do the right thing and does his best to stand up for others in need - just not always in the most tactful of ways.

that, he is easily flustered. kou believes he can see supernatural
beings, (hence hanako-kun, but since he doesnt exist here its
just what he believes) but nobody really believes him.

abilities / powers; kyo is cursed by the spirit of the cat from the chinese zodiac, as a result whenever he is overwhelmed, physically weak or embraced by a member of the opposite gender he takes the form of an orange cat. furthermore, he has a natural affinity with cats and tends to attract them as well as have the ability to communicate with them. he also shares many traits with cats, preferring high places, hating water, being startled by loud noises, and his mood changes drastically during the rain. when the juzu beads on his wrist are removed, he takes the form of a grotesque beast which is referred to as his true form.
weapons; while not owning any weapons, kyo is an incredibly skilled martial artist.

personality; stubborn, short-tempered, and self-sacrificing, kyo has a hair-trigger temper and he frequently shouts at people, even those he cares about – and the people he doesn’t care about will end up subject to violence more often that not. he’s rude and antisocial but easily becomes flustered around girls and those who seem to care for him, often denying that anybody could ever genuinely like him. he is aware of his difficulty being social but doesn't usually make attempts to amend this, perferring to isolate himself rather than risk hurting those who try to become close to him. kyo is short-tempered, competitive and impulsive most of the time but he also has a soft side that he keeps concealed from other people. he gets embarrassed quickly and is overprotective of those he cares about despite often being the one to snap at them and become angry. kyo is truthfully scared of getting close to people only for his true form to be revealed and for them to leave him and hate him just as everyone else in his life - though he never admits to this. furthermore, kyo isn't the romantic type of person either, he understands a flirtation once in a while but doesn't return them and he often becomes awkward in romantic situations or he'll run away from them.
despite his aggressive exterior, kyo is quite a sensitive person especially when it comes to the curse or his history and family; he acts unbothered by the family shunning him to avoid showing this weakness but he can become overwhelmed and overemotional at times and allow some of this to slip. he strongly believes that people will never like him and when questioned what he would do if a girl did confess her feelings to him, he claimed he would check if she had brain-damage. he is quick to become flustered in unfamiliar or "unsuitable" situations that he is forced into and often stumbles over words or rephrases sentences to try and hide his feelings.

personality; urushihara is the type of guy who prefers to surf the internet and p
lay games rather than have anything to do with the outside world. due to his ca
reless and immature attitude, everyone tends to treat him lightly and pay no m
ind to many of his protests at being excluded from things. reclusive and indiffer
ent he has also self-proclaimed himself as socially awkward due to rarely leaving
the comfort of his computer. he is shown to have a short temper causing him to
yell at others and tends to get irritated fairly easily. he is notably lazy, not even
looking away from his computer to eat or acknowledge his roommates. on the ot
her side of things urushihara has a rather cunning, sneaky personality. he has no
issues with using people to do minor tasks for him, and doesn’t have a problem l
ying to someone’s face. however, it seems he has hidden feelings beneath his se
emingly irresponsible and carefree attitude. he shows his serious side from time
to time and seems to genuinely care for his friends deep down. he's good with t
echnology and loves playing video games. to his irritation, urushihara is usually
referred to as a hikikomori even when among company.
other; he does have powers that he can gain from feeding off others negative e
motions, but for the sack of this roleplay he won’t have any.
