so long for a child had been reduced to ugly tears.
the boy was his father's namesake, and his mother's
first born. all faunus needed was to see the pathetic
infant, still and dead, and he knew he'd discovered
his counterpart. the doctors called it a miracle, and
maybe it was. luka joined with the god of prophecy,
forests, plains, and fields when he was an infant. the
two beings live in a strained symbiotic relationship.
luka is a sweet innocent boy, only interested in the
flowers he grows and helping others. faunus on the
other hand is an alcoholic with no concept of proper
work ethic. faunus is strongest in luka's times of gloom.

xxxwere meant for the limelight, not him. he'd had dreams. he was supposed to grow up to be
xxxthe galaxy's finest artist. he was supposed to paint stars for a living, not manage the biggest
xxxcorporation on earth and perhaps the most well known business in the galaxy. he didn't care
xxxfor money or investments or commanding business operations. he was too rude to handle any
xxxpublic relationships that came with the ceo position. he wasn't easily like-able, he didn't have
xxxmany friends and he was counting on his art to change that. his sisters used to poke fun, call
xxxhim 'ranger danger' because when his parents ran into the press with him by their side it ended
xxxin chaos and bruised perspectives of manta electronics every time. he didn't know how to do
xxxanything other than accidentally hurt his family's business. so of course he couldn't be blamed
xxxfor worrying more over his future than his parents when the news got around that their shuttle
xxxto venus had crashed and the promise of survivors was dismal. standing at their funeral a few
xxxweeks later, ranger wished he had been blamed. everyone he'd cared about died in that crash.
xxxhis mother, father, and three siblings. the news had swept the galaxy and even with everyone's
xxxsupport ranger was still utterly alone. so he took the ceo position that had been passed down to
xxxhim in his father's lease because he knew that's what they would've wanted. and despite being
xxxabsent from the actual collision itself, ranger developed ptsd. he doesn't sleep well and his once
xxxminimal ocd worsened. but the worst thing about ranger? he lost himself when his family died.
