Appearance: dark blue scales. Darker blue over scales and light blue under scales. Her horn resembles a nightwings with the end curved up a bit. Her build resembles a nightwing, though her wings, talons, tail and front legs resemble a seawings. She has two bumps on the bottom of her jaw and nightwing spines. Her spines and talons are webbed, though not fully webbed. Her spots are very light blue, almost white, and glow faintly, because of this she can speak a lot of aquatics, though it's a bit difficult to understand her. She has gills which allow her to breath underwater. Has a forked black tongue, though it looks a bit blue-ish. Has the nightwing beak. Has about half as many scales on the inside of her wing as a nightwing which can also glow faintly.
Personality: a bit shy and quiet near new dragon, though she quickly becomes more energetic and outgoing the longer she talks to someone. She has the tendency to ramble and start saying random stuff when she can't think of anything else to say.
History: mother was a seawing and father was a nightwing, her father has died in the war and she doesn't know what's happened to her mother. She is unwelcome in the night kingdom, but is allowed to stay in the sea kingdom.

I've been very inactive lately and will continue to be inactive for about a week or so, It is exams month and on top of that I've been dealing with some personal issues, thanks for understanding, I'll try to post tomorrow.
