-----Raptor didn't find out until he was fourteen, but when he did... man, was he heartbroken. His mom had died in child birth, his dad... Let's just say he wasn't all too thrilled about having a kid.
-----He swears he will find his father one day. He doesn't know what he'll do when he does, but he knows he will.

-----This person. Has. Borrowed. Money. So. Many. Times. Raptor's stopped wondering what she's doing with it, because now he can't stop thinking about when she'll pay him back! She shows up next to him in the weirdest places, asking for more money. She won't even give him a name, just pronouns.
-----He asks what she's doing with it every time, and she always says, "Something good... I hope."



Kolina - "It's complicated."

-----Kolina and Raptor practically grew up with each other, having met in the foster home that they both were dumped in. They got along well, and even stared dating... In the end, it turned out that Kolina was only dating him because he was intimidating enough to scare someone away that she owed money to.
-----He was absolutely furious that it turned out his affections for her were requited, so he took it out on her. It ended with her in the hospital, and him in jail. He still feels love for her.


Mwizi - "Now here's someone I can stand."

-----Mwizi is one of few that Raptor actually, genuinely enjoys being in the company of. They share many things in common. Countless things. He met her only a few years ago, but since then, they've really hit it off. He agrees with Mwizi that street smarts are all you really need in this world, and that school is completely unnecessary. You can often find them hanging out in someplace crazy, like a junkyard, or simply the middle of nowhere. He likes to get away with her.


Limackra - "How annoying!"

-----Raptor finds Limackra excruciatingly irritating. He often rants about Limackra to anyone who'll listen. Why does he hate him so much? It sounds like Limackra did something ridiculously terrible to him, but in all reality, he just reminds him of his ex-girlfriend, Kolina.


Vermont - "...Wow."
-----Vermont is a sima that has caught his eye... From afar, though. He often times finds himself glancing out the corner of his eye to watch him. He... feels something odd about him, something similar to Kolina.
-----He's in denial.

-----Why did I try out, when the school year was ending and everything was due? When the pressure of finals would make you so freaked out you couldn't even read a paragraph in a textbook?
-----That's a good question, and one I hope that has a good answer. I'm just a huge reptile enthusiast. I saw this sima, and I just knew I had to try out. After working out ideas and all that good stuff, I ended up loving the character.

About: She was born from a family of math genuises, and so she was held to a standard that she was going to excel at it. Despite her intense desire to impress her parents, she just couldn't get the hang of math. She's been ostracized by the family often because of that, since she just... stands out. Her rainbow eyes didn't really help, either.
As she grew up, she discovered her gender and orientation, but her parents were only supportive of her transition and nothing else. They kicked her out and disowned her as soon as she turned eighteen. Now she embraces her orientation by wearing rainbow leg warmers and other multi-coloured accessories. They believed that he was what was causing this 'problem'. They were partly right; Avery looked up to xir cousin and envied how well he embraced his identity. After that, Avery's parents forced xir into conversion therapy for many years. This drove xir into the murky depths of depression.

Xe gave in, because this annoying pal wouldn't cut it out until xe told her xe had signed up. Later, they could be found scrolling down the dashboard for hours. This is when Avery heard the story of Leelah Alcorn. Enraged and terrified, xe explored the topic more. Xe just felt a... force pulling xir into it. This was the kickstarter that began the process of Avery discovering their gender. Xe talked to other transgender people and heard their experiences. Xe researched and read all that was available to xir.
----It took ten years of this and positive encouragement from friends until... xe got to where xe is currently in life; barely surviving conversion therapy, and sure of xir gender.

something, and shifts from thinking about the morality of it all to whether he'd get caught
for it or not.
He finds his mom's anime addiction interesting, sort of. He actually just thinks it's weird.
Sometimes he'll ask to watch it with her, but then he'll bail out halfway through. He just
can't get himself excited for it as much as she could.



----Xen - Father
Xander likes his father quite a lot too, and finds his hobbies easier to
pay attention to.
He likes thinking about how to properly build the boat inside the big
jars, and asks Xen lots of questions about it all. His father's quiet
nature can get in the way of that a little, but Xander still asks away
anyways.



----Xiu - Brother
Xiu's pranks are hardly any fun in Xander's opinion. They're actually
pretty annoying. In fact, Xiu is the most sibling annoying to
Xander.
He knows his older brother's footsteps, and so he groans
when he hears him coming towards his room. He's told
him so many times to cut all of it out, but he hasn't been left alone yet by the prankster.



----Xavier - Brother
Xavier and Xander have some similarities. Neither of them
can really find themselves getting overexcited by most
things, but that's about where it stops. They fight a lot
of the time in passive aggressive ways.
The tension really escalated when Xander accidentally
sat in Xavier's garden and killed some plants in there. Needless to say, Xavier was so upset that he
became a little afraid of him that day.



----Xylin - Sister
Somehow, Xylin inherited their mother's obsession with anime, except
it's manifested in a different form... Instead of liking the tv shows, she
likes the dating games! How odd! Xander believes so, anyway. He's
tried a few of the games himself, and found that the boys were
really pretty and appealing...
Xylin's cheerful attitude is okay, but maybe she could tone it down a
little bit... Cheerfulness can be a bit annoying.

-----Pyr, as a child, was very violent and pompous. She looked down on everyone, and did her best to push people around. She had virtually no friends, and the friends she did have were quite distant and more like acquaintances. Eventually, she got new, closer friends, and grew out of her selfish and rude attitude. Now she's just cold to everyone that isn't close to her, because she has the mentality that she doesn't owe them anything. Pyr still lashes out sometimes, but it's rare, since she's much more patient now.
-----She gets very competitive, especially when it comes to sports. That's something that she clings onto from her childhood, and is probably the only thing. She doesn't have a primary sport that she sticks to, but soccer and football are the two that she loves doing most.

-----Pyrrhic was originally a normal RPW, living out her life until she had an untimely death at the age of fifty. She was reborn into heaven as a child angel, raised again to start over. This is because of the many sins she committed as a mortal. Life was good, and the angels were helping her to become a better person and shed her old self.
-----She was knocked from the Ether and taken by demons. They began reverting her back, and placed a veil over her that made her memories of her previous life and her memories of heaven inaccessible. She managed to break free of them, despite not knowing that they weren't on her side at first. With the guidance of close ones like Marzia, she did it. She still has the veil leaving her oblivious of it all
-----Marzia is a wolf Pyrrhic met when she was just passing through a kingdom called Lambdon with a group of demons. They were there for the Festival of the Stars. They found that they had feelings for each other, and wished to get married... yet there was one problem. Marzia's father was very homophobic. They decided to get past this by disguising Pyrr as a man, since her voice was quite deep. She didn't like it very much, but had to keep up the disguise for a long time as she trained to be a knight.
-----Finally, they overthrew her father and got married. Now Pyrrhic is a knightly queen that dedicates her life to Marzia.
