Appearance: Reed is a tall, built, Male with cheekbones chisels by gods. The boy stands at 6’2” and weighs 189 lbs of muscle.He had long thick black hair that can sometimes get in front of his eyes if it’s not not slicked back or swooped to the right. Reed has piercingly dull blue eyes that freezes everyone in there tracks. He has fine eyebrows and the softest start up of a black beard that graces his tannish olive skin tone.

Personality: “They say I have a great personality.” Reed has the worst personality in his district, he is very very vindictive and merciless. He is quite bitter and sarcastic with his words and the way he acts. But he is capable of love and arson. West is rude, crude, and a brute and he doesn’t care if that hurts your feelings either. He will steam roll your emotions in a heartbeat to get what he wants.

Parade outfit: Reed was in all black this year with a lime green bolo tie and his long sleeved button up with terrifying green flames on it. He wore blue jeans and skin tight leather black chaps with black boots and silver spurs. He was adorned with a black cowboy hat with spikes and cow print dyed green.
Interview angle: “My mentor Jill Tybalt told me to play sweet for the cameras but I didn’t listen. Who doesn’t love a charming brute.” The black haired cowboy sneered.All of Panam was traumatized by his tale of what happened to his family because of him.

Fatal flaw: “Aww Sweetie... I’m Flawless.” Reed said with cockiness.(His sassy spitefulness is actually his biggest flaw.)

The Human Pitbull

Full Name:“Pablo Adler, the human pitbull of twelve at your service.” He said with a cheeky smirk.

Sexuality: “Straight and narrow,like a arrow!” Pablo said with a wink.
District: Twelve
Age: Seventeen

Appearance: Pablo stands tall at roughly six foot twelve,he is more muscle then he is mass. He is rather toned for hailing from the poorest district but he was one of the elitist’s there. Pablo has defined features compared to his rounded jaw. He has freckles lacing his back,arms, and legs. Pablo has soft reddish auburn from his mother and tan skin from his father. Even though he has a bad rep he is a absolute sweetheart once you get to truly know him.

Personality: Agressive... He naturally comes off aggressive and spiteful but he means well, he truly does but when idiots work him up his mood sours. He is loving especially to children or those with good spirits. Especially with they tiny young ones. Pablo thinks he has a sixth sense especially when it comes to understanding the vibes of others but whenever he is laid back, he just rolls with the flow of everything.

Parade outfit: Pablo and his partner was dressed in antique old day battle uniforms. They were caked in coal,ash, and what looked like dried blood. His buttons and tassel was a beautiful orangish gold that represent the coal fires. Pablo’s hair tips was painted with sparkly gold gel to match his partner’s. He also had black warpaint that turned orangish-gold when the Capitol lights hit it.
Interview angle:“Sexy and Aggressive. I put a little twist on what Maverick told me.” Pablo said with a smirk.

Appearance:
Overall standing short at 5’2” her long graceful limbs make her come across as slightly taller than she actually is. Dark red curls are cropped into a bob, ends brushing her jawbones. As often seen with natural red-heads, her skin is pale and highly-freckled.
Personality:
Curious and intrigued by everything, a conversation with Patsy is likely to bounce through every topic under the sun. Don’t think that’ll let you distract her though, her memory is too good and eventually she’ll draw you back into whatever her original intentions had been, she’s not the greatest at realising if someone has changed the subject to avoid a difficult conversation. Hypatia is obsessed with the idea of fairness which the Games, and the whole of Panem, definitely aren’t. A streak of rash fierceness can often appear. She has no problem with standing up to bullies, even those a lot taller than her, but she is certainly not fearless. Sometimes she just has to listen to her fear - she truly doesn’t want to die.

While Zion's outfit was made to look like the mechanical equipment, Patsy was turned into a vial of chemicals. With heeled boots and gloves made to look like glass and a poison green dress made to look like it was fizzing. Glass bubbles were stuck into her hair and the lip gloss she wore allowed her to blow bubbles towards the crowds. Overall the green contrasted ridiculously with her red hair and she adored it.
Interview angle:
"I think I might have talked too much and just confused everyone."

Weapon of choice:
"I was always curious, so I learned to use a bow and arrow."
More importantly, Patsy knows exactly where to strike to accomplish whatever she wants. She also has an excellent knowledge of poisons.

Tall and lanky, at 5'11, with coppery skin and softly curling black hair. His eyes are a pretty amber colour.
Personality:
Conspiracy theories!! Otto has a slightly overactive imagination. Give him the slightest snippet of information and he'll drag it out into a long-winded and fantastical tale. He just wants a little bit more excitement in his life and that seems to be what he's going to get. He's treating the Hunger Games like a video game, why worry too much about morals when nothing you do is actually going to hurt anyone. Still, he's excited to make friends & allies in the games.

Beneath his hunt for entertainment and his continuous tale-telling Otto truly lacks self-esteem, relying on a faked mask of confidence. His parents are in charge of one of district 5's nuclear power plants and Otto is expected to help with the family business when the time comes to get a job. Living in relative luxury, he never had to work hard for anything, a comfortable life of video games & conspiracy theories. Still, with nothing to be proud of Otto feels worthless. He just wants someone to listen to what he says & take him seriously. He just wants someone to be proud of him. The only reason he even cares about winning the games is because he doesn't want to leave his best friend Sol, the only one who puts up with all his crazy theories.

"I know the truth, and the Capitol might want to silence me because of it." Otto genuinely believes that the games are entirely fabricated. He doesn't fear death in the games because he doesn't believe it's real.

• calm caring joline is a good old mom career friend who will pick
you up when your down and always be there to hug. but no one is
perfect and lets just say jo has a little social handicap. she is that
creepy career in the dark corner who asks if you might need help
but promise she has a good heart and she doesnt mean any harm.

• jo remembers when she was a child her big brother blake would
play with her and teach her to shoot her bow. those days are gone
now. blake went to the hunger games with honor at first but hate
took over his once good heart twisting him into a monster joline
didn't even see as her brother. the day blake died jo felt so numb
because to her, the real blake was already gone a long time ago.
every night joline came home to the quiet empty house and wish
she could see her brother again just one more time. the real him.

• rainer is a rebel with no cause. all rules and authority are evil so
his life dream is to break all the rules in his way. he loves chaos so
even if panem is burning down he will just laugh because all the
laws and rules will burn too. of course even the most chaos loving
rebels have friends so rainer is loyal to anybody who is his friend.
its not hard to be his friend just dont be a law loving stiff. to him
you are either a rebel or a corpse so if its up to me i say embrace
chaos. laugh in the face of authority and stomp out the dying law.

• roy tries to act like a superhero from the comic books. he is so
confident even all careers put together would not scare him even
a little. they are just the villain soon to be vanquished by heroic
roy swooping down to the rescue with his cape. loud and bold roy
is always in a good mood even if you stab him because as a super-
hero he has to be the role model giving hope back to the masses.

• in district six roys parents got rich selling cars to people in the
district who didnt know better. roy liked being rich at first but he
saw his friends go hungry and it made him angry at why is it like
this. they dont deserve to starve when roy can eat all the food he
needs. he shared food with his friends but that is not enough. he
learned his parents were scamming the poor district six people to
make money and he got so angry he ran away from home. he was
going to change the world but then he was reaped for the games.
oh well to this always positive boy this is just a small obstacle in
his way and after he wins he will just save the world then. easy.
