Brackenstorm padded up to Lilypaw and touched noses with her. His tail quivered. "I'll make you a great warrior, as long as you listen." He purred. Brackenstorm knew that Lilypaw would be a great cat to apprentice.

Clover was the kit of two rogue cats. Clover was born to two rogue cats, Lilac and Red, and was the strongest of three other littermates. Her sire and dam kept them secreted away in an abandoned gopher hole while they went out hunting, right up until the day two stray dogs wandered into the territory. It didn't take them long to sniff out the young cats, and in their attempts to 'play' with them, two of her littermates died and one was seriously wounded. Her sire came yowling into the scene after that, and along with her dam managed to draw the dogs away enough for Clover and her sibling to slink away. It was nearing dark when they finally came to the forest, and managed to hide underneath a bush. Unfortunately, her sibling was confused and hurt, mewling pitifully as she staggered from underneath her hiding spot until an owl finally swooped down and snatched her up. Scared, Clover curled up and tried to wait out the night silently. And hope that her parents came to save her soon.
(I was hoping someone would be willing to come across and save her, perhaps. But if not, then I can rewrite her history and make her a bit older)

Personality:
Clover was a very aggressive and mischievous kit, being the biggest of her siblings. But after the tragedy that took her family away from her, she became more reserved and closed off. Eventually though, she'll start to open up again and her playful personality will start to emerge the more she feels comfortable with herself and her situation.

Description:
Clover's a tabby cat with thick, black stripes against a blue-grey coat. Her eyes are large, green-yellow orbs that change color depending on the lighting, being more yellow in the sunlight and greener in the shade. Her ears are fairly big, covered with smaller black stripes in the way of tabbies. Her paws are tiny, her fur both sleek and fluffy in places.

Hawkclaw walked forward and touched noses with Kestrelpaw. The young apperentice's eyes shone with excitement. Hawkclaw couldn't help but wonder why she had been chosen for the gentle she cat, who would have been right at home in Stonepaw's place. She was the opposite of the kind young one. Strong and fierce, and always in the mood for a battle. Perhaps Aspenstar thought they could even each other out. Who knows.

Clover hunkered beneath the bush, her breathing ragged with fear as her ears flatten against her head. What was that noise? she thought to herself, kneading the ground in her nervousness. Why hasn't anyone found me yet? Oh please, please tell me the dogs didn't get them...

She hunched deeper under the bushes, trying to hold back a pitiful sounding mew as her fear played tricks on her mind and noises scraped away at her courage. In her mind she kept replaying the scene of the dogs attacking her siblings, of her parents drawing them away as she and Thistle ran for cover. Losing the last ounce of her bravery, she hunkered down and covered her muzzle with her paws, crying softly.

Once the ceremony was done, he looked down at Journeypaw. There was excitment in both of their eyes as they looked at each other. "We are going to explore some of the territory today" He meowed his apprentice. But before Journeypaw could say anything, he quickly added, "But it'll only be about half the territory because of my injuries." He looked down and saw the claw marks along his flank. He still couldn't believe that he had been chosen to mentor an apprentice. Using his tail, he told his apprentice to follow him outside into the surronding forrest. He headed to the boarder closest to camp so that he didn't have to walk very fast to get there.
