~The Rules~

1: No more than 5 characters.
2: Minimal cursing is allowed. Use symbols for censorship.
3: Romance is allowed, but when it gets too mature, fade to black.
4: Only the GM makes time-skips (it will get confusing otherwise.) However, you can ask the GM for a time-skip.
5: No invincible characters or ones with abilities that have no limits.
6: Try not to double up on characters. If a character becomes inactive, then you may take control of it until the user comes back (but tell them what has happened.)
7: Please try to post at least three times per week. After two weeks of being inactive, I will deem you [Inactive].
8: If you want to talk OOC use ((_)) or [[_]].
9: Do not argue in OOC!
10: If you use an image and it is too large, please use a link instead of the image itself. (Max size is 300x300)
11: Humans can't have an affect on other humans, nor can they have abilities. Crosses, however, can have both but have more limits than Creeps.

~Locations~

-Dark Forest: A dark forest that is constantly covered by a haunting fog.
-Urban City: Is easy prey for the evil and neutral Creeps/Crosses; it's easy to blend in there.
-Run down mansion: Is located deep within the dark forest and is the Creeps' main hideout.
-'Peaceful' town: It's not so peaceful when Creeps wander about at night.
-Abandoned factory: An old, run down factory that has a few unstable areas.
-Local Park: A park with a playground... A great place for Slenderman to hunt for children (like he does anyway).
-Cliffside (a.k.a: 'Path to the stars'): A cliff that seems to reach into the sky. Great for romantic get-togethers.
-Pebble beach: A beach which its sand is actually pebbles of various sizes (no sharp stones).
-The nightmare: Can be accessed by creeps and humans (if they have a creep escort or are forced there)

Commonly found in a black hoodie, black plaid shirt, dark grey cargo pants and black punk boots.
Wears a dust mask over his mouth and nose and has his right eye covered with a bandage (which is almost never removed).
Has brown hair with red tips, a green left eye and an almost non-existent right eye (which is completely black with a red pupil).
Abilities:
Super-human speed (only for short periods of time), Super-human strength (in combat) and is able to summon weapons at any time (if threatened, in or preceding into combat).
Affect(s) on humans:
Paranoia and agitation (causing a short temper over time).

History:
After a fight in his neighborhood, Xelar received an almost fatal blow to the head which caused a minor case of amnesia and certain human limits to be broken. He became stronger and faster than he was before and was able to summon weapons by thinking about it. He thought he was born like that, but never used his powers in front of others. Someone found out though, and they started to spread rumors about Xelar, causing him to flee from his town; he was never seen again... UNTIL NOW...!
Other:
Xelar is shy around new people, has a fairly high pain tolerance and has a short temper. Xelar is currently single and has no crushes.

She's always been human, but ever since the creeps appeared, she has made sure that she isn't outside at night unless she absolutely has to be. She has also taken to avoiding the forest completely.

Tak's a little difficult to explain, the simplest way is that he is a Creep

Appearance:
He has a slender figure, accented by his tall height, his legs being about half of it. He has dark green eyes and a flat, pointed nose, giving his face a snakish quality. His hair is jet black and is around jaw-length, his fringe being swept across to the right side of his face, covering his right eye, it is always unkempt. He is often found wearing worn jeans, trainers and a black t-shirt (or long sleeves if its cold). His clothes help him blend in with the shadows, something he prefers to do.
Abilities:
Now here's the difficult bit. Hmm.. Lets see if I can explain it... As crazy as it sounds, some people are put here to fix cars for the living. Others to fix broken bodies. Tak's job is to fix the lives of those who have lost them. Yes, 'all the worlds a stage' to quote Jaques from As You Like It, but it's not the only one. Taka has the unique ability to see and talk to people who are.. Dead. He is constantly on hand to solve the riddles of lost lives.

Paranoia, anxiety, and, if he does his job correctly, loss of life.

History:
Tak was twelve when he first saw one of the dead stepping out from their Stage to the one of the living, and it rattled him the the very core of his being, unluckily for him, his story got out and his old house had soon become a hot zone for the morbidly curious. And the hopeful. His frustration at how people abandoned their faith in favour of belief that he was the answer to all the misery in their lives kept him cold. Their hope was misplaced, and it was all he could do to keep from screaming that into their faces every time one of them showed up on his doorstep, blubbering and pleading and looking lost. That was when he lost faith in humanity, and isolated himself from anything, anyone who had a heartbeat. And he soon found himself loathing the helplessness of the living, and found a slight joy in having to pinch the weak flame of life from their candle.

Location: The cliffside.
Feeling: Bored and slightly lonely.

Xelar stared up at the night sky as his legs dangled from the edge of the cliff side, wistfully thinking of his seemingly non-existent past.
Unknown to him that there were others out there just like him, some good and some evil, but he didn't care. All he thought about was his own survival, to stay alive until the end of his time.

Xelar looked down at the water crashing up against the base of the cliff, the light of the full moon reflecting off of it as though it were dancing on the waters surface. He sighed as he pulled off his hood and slowly unwrapped the bandage from his face to reveal his right eye. "That's much better," he muttered to himself as he resumed looking into the starry night sky.

((Why do you say that? It's horror, and it's going to be Halloween soon; so in retrospect, it goes with the occasion. When it says "Slightly Mature" it is because it has horrific themes in it, but I believe it isn't breaking any of CS's rules at the moment. As long as this is actually child-friendly (at least PG), this RP is allowed. Minor violence is allowed (as long as it doesn't go into much gruesome detail), so it doesn't seem that I am breaking any rules as of yet. If you believe that it is (don't know how though), please message me so we can speak further, Thank you.))

((Edit: Also, what grounds are you specifically reporting this RP on? I clicked the report button myself, but there is nothing that goes with this RP. Maybe it's just you that believes that this RP doesn't belong here, but as long as it is suitable for children to read it is completely fine. Horror themes aren't specifically prohibited from CS, right? Only extreme themes (romance, gore, violence, etc.), So clearly there are no grounds for your reporting.))
