Liz smiled, patting the dog on the head. She didn't know there was a dog. "Where is your daddy?" She asked Georgie, tearing a bit off her roll and eating it. It appeared that the dog had been eating the chickens, keeping the population healthy. And the horses and the pony grazed in the field that had been made, it seemed like a nice set up, although nobody should have to live in a barn of all places. Maybe she could help Ondine and her... whomever build a cottage or something for their family.

Georgie frowned " Daddy was taken by men a bit ago" she said "but mommy talked to a stranger about him and they shook hands" she didn't know why, but she felt that it was important to add

Queen Anne smiled as she saw her husband finally arrive in the throne room. "Have you seen any sign of mages today, dear? Hopefully the extra guards at the gates will deter them from trying another attack." She said, thinking of the large attack on the kingdom by mages a month ago.

Liz frowned. She had an idea of what had happened, looking at Ondine's bandaged hand. She had made a deal with a bounty hunter. That was a foolish move, "so, what are all the names of your pets?" She asked, pushing the dog off her lap, trying to chenge the subject.

Glad that the knight had finally shut up, he turns at the sound of the voice, taking a throwing knife out of his pocket, listening for only a moment before hurling the knife. A yipe and a dull thud told him he had hit his target, but not critically. He hated leaving such a beautiful knife alone, so he gave Diablo's reins to Bane. "Get on, and let the horse lead. He'll take you to a camping sport for the night, I'm going to distract our bloodhounds." He says, then leave to find the source of the yell and yipe. H hoped Bane would follow his orders.

Creeping forward near to the ground, he found the mage in the grass, throwing knife sticking out of his shoulder. With a grimace, he pulls the bloody knife out of the man, making him yell in pain before Dovev got rid of him quickly, not wanting to draw attention to himself until bane rode away with Diablo. He swore, one scratch on his horse....

Bane knew how to handle a horse, he had owned quite a few, his own favorite being a strawberry roan mare, he let the horse go at his own pace, and sat back in the saddle, letting his mind wander to Ondine and Georgie

Georgie cocked her head, letting her curls fall to one side "well this is Murtagh and I have a pony named Buckwheat, there are a lot of animals, maybe you can help me name them?" she suggested

King Sorren passed a hand through his hair and sighed "no in recent days, my counsel tells me that they might be planning an attack soon, our forces should once again push them beyond our boundaries"

"Oh that sounds like a great idea! But you need to finish eating before we go naming the animals. "
Liz took a bit of her bread and threw it over to the chicken pen. The chickens charged at it. Squawking.
"When did you get the dog?"

"I found him running around a while ago, and he let me pet him, so I kept him" Georgie explained, she scratched the dog's ears and smiled

Liz finished her bread, scratching the dog under his chin. "Pretty boy." She cooed, letting the dog drool on her hand. "Would your mum be mad if I gave you another pet?"

Georgie shook her head "she usually likes my pets, as long as they aren't spiders" she giggled
