Sunstar’s paws were sore, his tail dragging on the ground from tiredness. He had traveled to receive his nine lives, a journey that took the energy from him. He still remembered all the deceased cats who gave him his lives. Willowmist, his mother that he never really knew, gave him the gift of love. Pebbleslip, the aunt that died while kitting, gave him the gift of kindness. Riverthorn, his sister whom he missed so much, gave him courage to do what was right. The old medicine cat, Honeyleaf, gave him wisdom. And one still fresh in his mind like a wound, Foxflight, a cat that was like a father to him, gave him the ability to protect his clan. He entered the camp, nervous yet prepared, if there was a way to be both. Thistleclan would grow back stronger than ever- they had to.

Dovetail hadn’t gotten any sleep the previous night. Her thoughts had been on her kits, of their father, of the future of the clan. She gazed at her belly, which was quite large at this point. It wouldn’t be long until she kitted, it could be any day now. She gazed out of the nursery, realizing Sunstrike- no, Sunstar had returned. She didn’t pay any mind to it, and rested her head on the edge of her nest. Letting out a long sigh, she stretched her legs out to the side, rolling over.

Taylor was grooming her fur, trying to get all of the mud off of it. Being her usual klutzy self, she had slipped and fallen into a heap of mud. She looked quite filthy, her pelt normally being white. The rain they had gotten lately was quite honestly ridiculous. “Im a cat, not a fish.” she growled to no one in particular.

Ivythorn was asleep, curled into a tight ball. On an inhale, moss tickled at her nose, causing her to sneeze. She opened her eyes, hoping she didn’t disturb any of the warriors. Slowly attempting to unwind from her curled position, she accidentally made contact with someone’s face. Now she’s certainly disturbed someone.
