"Because it helps us blend in with our surroundings." Rustkit guessed. Swiftkit, the first to move, started racing away into the trees. "Where are you going?!" Rustkit called. "To see the ocean, I've heard its blue!" Swiftkit answered.

Her blue eyes brightened up when she saw the patrol was finally leaving, her tail pricking into the air. "Think we'll find anything at the border?" Not to anyone in particular, since no other apprentices were around to humor her anyway... The golden she-cat was just happy to be out of camp so early in the day with the chances of training later quite high. Her brother was probably pretty jealous by now, but there was no point in gloating when Harepaw was already on edge.

With a smile on the apprentice's face she laid down onto the ground and tucker her legs under her to get comportable, and then Plumppaw listened to the elder's story with great intrest. So throughout the whole story she was dead silent till Blindpool finished it. Then the brown tabby she-cat smiled and chirped to her 'Wow that was awesome!" Plumppaw purred, scooping the bones of the bird over to the side then burrying them [Wb]

Appleseed soon awoke from his slumber due to his stomuch growling, he knew there was no way he was going to get some sleep with an empty stomuch. So the brown tabby tom decided to head to the fresh-kill pile to get a bite to eat. His vision was blurry from exhaustion so he was kinda walking oddly to the pile but then suddenly he lost his ballence and tumbled over onto his side, hitting his head on someone. Appleseed raised up his paws and rubbed his eyes before looking up and seeing the light gray tabby "Yo Dustfur. Sorry about that, just tired"Appleseed croaked, slowly rising up onto his paws again. Since he had been up all night gaurding camp this was why he was super sleepy.

Thunderkit raced off after her. He wanted to see the ocean as well. In fact, he never heard of it and wanted to see it.

Mistyeyes trekked through the luxuriant forest that laid in the territory of TempestClan, her paws dragging on the ground as with each step, her body grew number with fatigue. The young she-cat had intended to make a solo hunting-trip out to the forest, but the expedition unfortunately ended in failure when all she could collect was a measly dove that hung loosely in her jaws. It was a pathetic little thing, scrawny with little flesh on its bones, and it had been ridden with illness and nearly dead when Mistyeyes had made the catch. Mistyeyes had began the hunt at the crack of dawn, and had spent the time merely chasing her own tail as all the decent prey escaped her grasp. It wasn't that Mistyeyes was a freakishly horrible hunter, but this was simply not her day when it came to hunting. Usually, her mediocre hunting skills would have at least allowed her one fatty piece of prey. Although it was a shame that she wasted so much energy on an unsuccessful hunt, not everything will go the way it's planned. That's for sure. Mistyeyes had exerted herself attempting to hunt, and had to give up with only a skinny dove to spare. So now, she was pretty much heaving herself back to camp in hopes of getting rest.

Once Mistyeyes had reached camp, she was limping with weariness. Her body screamed for a moment of rest, but she wouldn't do so 'til her prey had been placed in the fresh-kill pile. Mistyeyes dragged herself over to the pile, shakily placing the dove down. Once she had done so, Mistyeyes stumbled as her tiredness was becoming more evident. She prayed to StarClan that she wouldn't faint when exhaustion takes over, because Mistyeyes had a very special resting place in mind. She planned to go to Tallrocks, hoping for a lovely, warm nap in the sun to rest sore muscles. But, she knew that in order to get there she'd have to walk. Very far. Delayed gratification is always worth it, Mistyeyes thought dully. With that, she heaved herself out of camp and in the general direction of Tallrocks.

Once reached, the Tallrocks beckoned Mistyeyes to relax on them with great intensity. The she-cat's eyelids were dropping, and her legs wobbling. Part of her was mentally clawing herself for making such a hike to Tallrocks just for a peaceful nap when her nest was back at camp. The other part was just relieved that now Mistyeyes would have a moment of tranquility before she would return to her regular Warrior duties. If Mistyeyes had enough energy, she would have ran to the rocks and embraced their warmth by sprawling out on them. But that wasn't possible due to her physical state, so she agonizingly slowly walked over. Pawstep by pawstep. When she finally reached a good sunning spot, she slumped down onto her belly and exhaled a breath of pure relief. She was just about to curl up into a ball and relish the warmth when she spotted something out of the corner of her eye. She turned to face what it was, and instantly recognized the familiar appearance.

"Hello, Bleu."

Rustkit sighed and rushed after them. He saw them up ahead staring at something. "Hey whata you guys staring a-" he cut off, amazed by the view. In front of the three kits was a beautiful clear blue sea.
