Peachtail growled under her breath. Arrogant furballs. But she kept her mouth shut as she followed the strangers.

Speckleddawn blinks. "Yes, I believe she's okay. Mosspaw has been taking good care of her all morning." She assures him. "But... thats not what I came to tell you. I'm worried about the herbs around here. I havent seen Many of the herbs we really need, Like Mallow, Marigold, Goldenrod, Horsetail, and many others. There is very little Borage and burdock, and all the cobwebs are high up in the top branches of the trees. What do we do?" She asks concernedly.

Jackdawstar thought about it for a second. "We find different herbs. " he looked down at Midnightpaw. "Midnightpaw can go with you and Mosspaw. Collect every leaf you can find, except of course, deathberries,"

Skypool strutted forward as if she'd been born to lead.

Speckleddawn nods. "Also look out for Foxglove and Nightshade, They're poison too!" She calls after the apprentices. She turns back to Jackdawstar. "Should I stay here with Meadowbreeze, and make sure she's alright?" She mews.

"No," replied Jackdawstar,"I will," he murmured as he slipped into the medicine den and lay beside his mate.
