Clash of the Clans: Dark Forest Rises - Need M. Cat Appren.

The small tom took each insult like a blow to the muzzle, flinching every time a new one was thrown at him. Armadillotumble's eyes watered. He just knew she'd react like this. "You're not a beast, you're beautiful, like your mother," Armadillotumble chided softly. He hung his head low, allowing tears to fall. "I- Im sorry. Starclan will accept you. They wont accept me, thats who. Y-" The tom's voice caught in his throat.

"Y-you can t-turn me in. I-i already know you'll hate me.." He then broke down. Violent sobs shook his body, and the medicine cat quickly backed away, not wanting her to see him like this. "I...I guess...you'll hate me and tell the leader. And with that weird dream-" Armadillotumble cut himself off. He didnt want to tell her. "I truly am sorry...Just know one thing. You are not a beast. It is absolutely not different. You are beautiful, inside and out. You have every right to be angry at me. I understand. I'll get out of your life now," He murmured, backing away towards the entrance. "I love you, Foxpaw. I love you as my daughter. So much."

And with that, the tom was racing out of camp. He numbly and blindly raced through the undergrowth, before he slammed full force into another cat. With a gasp, Armadillotumble Stumbled back, falling flat on his behind. Littlefur. With an agonized sob, he flung himself towards the she-cat. Not in an attack way, but in an desperate attempt for comfort. He pressed up against her slightly. "I messed up." Was all Armadillotumble could say, stifling back sobs.

Meadowlark

As Meadowlark swallowed the bark with a crinkled nose, she looked at the apprentice. Thinking for a moment, she nodded slowly as what Mintpaw said began to shed light on a few other events in the clan. Flameheart's death, Redstar more on edge than any cat has ever seen, and half of the apprentices were acting quite peculiar as well. She cocked her head.
"What did Wolfpaw say gave him those scratches?" She pressed Mintpaw to remember.

Redstar

Redstar loped into camp, cheery now. Her tail stood erect as she tried to forget about the pressures of the warning from Yellowfang and the death of her Deputy. The small Leader headed over to the Fresh-kill pile, inviting the others from the patrol, including her apprentice, to join her.
"Come," She purred. "We can speak of it while we fill our bellies." Dragging a fish out of the selection of prey before her, she sat down and looked up at Krestlenose. "I can't eat this all alone, can I?"

Ravenclaw

Ravenclaw's tired eyes widened as he was explained the dream, and the prophecy. "A lake cat came to you?" He gasped, starting into a wobbly pace. "That can't be good, can it? That must mean it's serious," he pondered for a moment. "Beware the cats who seem to sleep." He froze, remembering the past night. Flickergaze and Fogslip had been awake the past night, when they were supposed to be sleeping. Infact, so was Armadillotumble of Emberclan and Littlefur, the Medicine cat. Could they be behind the mysterious scents and Flameheart's death? Perhaps he was over thinking the warning.

Tigerclaw

Tigerclaw headed after him with haste. She snorted at his comment. "I'm sure you'd pick flowers till the Moon stops shining." With a satisfied purr, she lunged forward at one clump of plants which looked as he had described, yanking out several sems and dangling them in the air with her claws. "These it?" She asked Thinpelt, wrinkling her nose when a bit of dirt showered her face.

Tallstorm and Cricketsong

Tallstorm returned from his hunt back to the Warrior's den before sundown, taking his time to socialize with the others before everyone retired to their nest. He stopped to wait for Cricketsong, who was about to approach Ravenclaw before Shorestar got to him first. The tom watched as Cricketsong's ears went flat, and he began to back away from the leader and his father. Tallstorm frowned, padding up to him.
"Tired?" he asked, trying to draw him away. Cricketsong's gaze was distant as he responded. Clearly the lack of attention from his father would bother him to no end. "Who isn't, with these new rules and stuff." He muttered, pushing past Tallstorm and heading for the den. The tabby Warrior only followed him, sitting down in his nest not far from Lichenfoot as Cricketsong turned circles in his own before curling up.
Tallstorm had begun to close his eyes when something poked at his memory.
"Who's turn was it to guard the camp tonight..." He sat up, calling across the dimly lit den.

Rainpaw

(Since it's technically night, do you want to pause the assessment until everyone else is on the next day? I'll still RP him in the dark forest tonight but we can continue this when it's morning of you'd like? If not we can have his assessment at night somehow)
Rainpaw's ears went flat. Tinypaw? He was so clumsy! How was he to hunt properly with him, he didn't even have Dark Forest training. The white tom forced a smile.
"Alright," he told his mentor.

Thinpelt

The tom nodded "Yes that's it" He said purring softly before flicking his tail as he moved. Picking up a few flowers and placing some poppyseeds in them. Gazing up at the sky as the tom flicked his ears. "You should come with me more often" He said softly with a purr before sniffing the air as he licked his muzzle. "Come we should be getting back" He said softly blinking a few times as he moved trotting back to the camp.

Littlepaw
She Cat-8 Moons-Sunclan-Apprentice-Voice;Aleu-Tags;Fogslip

The young cat slowly placed her paw in the water as she moved, backing up as she looked down into the water attempting to not have her shadow. Flicking her ears as she watched as a few smaller fish swam by before seeing as he quickly swam away with its tail flopping. She shook her head as she moved softly before quickly picking up her paw again as she waited. After a few minuets she slashed her paw into the water quickly picking up a small fish and snapping her jaws around the fish with her tail flicking happily.

Cherrynose

The she cat nodded softly looking at Tumblebrush, "Yes things need to be done" She said before nuzzling one of his ears kindly. "If you need to talk or anything, Just call" The queen said softly as she pulled a wad of moss out of the nursery clumping it together and then pushing it out of the den before turning back to collect more of the moss. The queen flicked her tail yet again before picking up the gross moss as quickened her pace as she exited the camp heading to where she could collect small amounts of moss.

Stripethroat

The warrior moved his head as he sniffed the ground. inhaling softly as he looked around dropping into a crouch. His ears flicked softly, as he moved sniffing the air before blinking softly as he slowly moved looking as a mouse slowly moved across the bushes. Slowly jumping as he pounced on the mouse before quickly killing it with a bite to the neck before slowly eating the mouse.

Flametooth

The warrior moved through sunclan camp flicking his tail. He was thinking about his little kit and shaking his head. Blinking a few times before letting out a long sigh as he moved to the freshkill pile. Gripping his claws into the ground as he slowly moved picking up a plump vole and heading back to the warrior's den. Dropping into a crouch as he nibbled at the vole and flicked his ears thinking.

Snowpaw

The young she cat sighed softly as she blinked a few times before slowly sniffing the ground. She was asleep and she thought she was dreaming of hunting. Blinking a few times as she looked around before licking her muzzle as she stepped into the forest she was dreaming of. Blinking again as she flicked his ears before shivering as a extremely cold puff of air hit her fur as she moved into a darker part of the forest. "What is this place?" She asked herself looking around before arching her back as she saw cats.

Krestlenose padded into camp beside his clanmates. As they approached the prey pile the tom realized how long he had gone without eating. "Didn't expect you to." He joked, accepting her invitation to share a meal. Krestlenose leaned forward and took a small bite of the fish. It wasn't his favorite prey but it would do. He chewed slowly, despite his hunger he didn't want to seem greedy.

{Should Flickergaze, Rainpaw, and Tinypaw leave camp to begin Rainpaw's assessment? Or should Flickergaze ask another warrior to help her during the test?}

Ah, back from vacation! However, it's late here so I'll have to post tomorrow C: Would you mind if we played out where Tallstorm is taken to the Dark Forest? I have a feeling it'll be hilarious haha!)

The patchy she-cat sunk her fangs into the fish, her mouth watering. She chewed and swallowed half of it before trying to speak though her voice was still muffled as she ate. "It could be a whole day's event. Each cat will be paired with an apprentice- and the Warriors can partner up as well! They could hunt, track, climb trees-" she paused to gulp down a mouthful of the fish. "Perhaps there can be a prize for the winning team, they could be granted Leader and Deputy for a day!" Redstar purred loudly, her whole body shaking. "It'd bring the clan closer, I'm sure of it."

The ragged she-cat gathered her clump of plants and stood. Naturally, she rolled her eyes, but in truth it'd be a good idea. With most of the clan pretending she didn't exist so that they could avoid a grumpy confrontation with her each morning and the absence of an apprentice of her own, she had plenty of time to help Thinpelt and Littlefur with gathering herbs and stocking their stores. She padded after him and through the woods, back towards camp. Just as they neared the entrance, she froze, a peculiar scent passing through the leaves in her jaws and lingering in her nose.
"Do you smell that?" She meowed, her voice muffled. She set down the herbs, spatting at the taste of them on her tongue. The Warrior bent and sniffed at the forest floor, along a wall of bramble. She frowned, picking up the scent a bit stronger amongst the bushes. "Smells like Emberclan scum," She growled. How had they made it this far into the territory?

Rainpaw awoke with a moan, his eyelids heavy, but he knew he must liven up, for it was time for his assessment. The Moon was still in the sky, shining through the cracks of the apprentice's den. He sat up, reaching over and prodding Tinypaw hard with a forepaw. "Wake up, Tinypaw. You have to help me with my Warrior's assessment." The grey and white tom meowed groggily, trying to start on grooming himself. He rasped his tongue over his chest several times before moving on to his sides.
