The deaf trainee's yellow eyes widened. Saber. She was upset! The look seemed evident- though her mentor did not often display her sadness well, Breeze could tell. Her senses, especially socially, were heightened due to her disability. She quietly followed Darkness' beeline for her. However, she simply padded over to Saber whilst Darkness was speaking and licked her shoulder. Breeze could feel the waves of sadness rolling down her sides. Breeze did not speak as she did so, she then brushed her tail along the bobtailed shecats side and left. The trainee figured that she would not bother her too much, but she couldnt find it in her heart to ignore her. Exiting as quickly and abruptly as she came, Breeze trudged back over to the trainees. Offering a brief smile to Rex, the deaf trainee turned to Splatter.
*"How do you express, training by leader?" Breeze was curious.
*"How do you feel, being trained by our leader?" (In case you dont know, Doodle.box, Breeze is deaf and cannot word her sentences very accurately. If you would like to have Splatter react in a confused manner, feel free!)

The Mother paused.
"War.. War is... Nothing you need to worry your little head about!" She smiled nervously. Tears brimmed her eyes. She couldnt fight. She couldnt defend herself. What type of mother was she? What if they tried to take her last remaining child, the only piece of comfort left in her world? If she couldnt save them from their own father, how would she protect them from the trained Larkclan cats? Her fur rose.

"What about war? What is that?" He mewled as the meeting concluded. He didnt seem worried about it, as he didnt understand. As his mother replied, the word stuck to the back of his mind like gum. If his mother wouldnt tell him, maybe somebody else would..
