Personality: I will roleplay it out, if I write it out here, it might be different from the RP ;v; If I do have to fill this in, well:
Vengeance wants equal rights for all Pokemon and is currently making a rebellion. He kills other Pokemon to make others fear and think it will make everything better. He's a bit evil and demanding but his assistants still work with him.
History; Vengeance isn't really his real name, it's a name he chose for himself. He wants all type of Pokemon to be respected equally. When he was young, his mother disappeared after she gave birth to Vengeance. No one knows what really happened to her. She may be living right now.
Pokemon move set; Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, and Dark Pulse.
Ability: Transform
Level: Level 90 ( i would like ranks under deputy to not be over his level or close to it. ranks for under should be 1-60 and the deputy's level should be 60-70 ;v; if you want to be the deputy and your character is under 60-70, i still will be willing to choose you ;v; )
HP: 292, decided to use the thing lordlucario showed

( @ dragonic you can be level 50-60 now since you usually find Xerneas at lvl 50 and it doesn't really matter if they're a legendary pokemon, it takes the point out of being the highest rank when the lower ranks are almost as strong as you )

Personality / A bit about him / History ; He is the head leader of the fighters and fights with a Katana. He makes sure every Fighter/Fighter in Training is ready to get out. He can be a bit stubborn and agrees with Vengeance. He and Vengeance grew up together and were both Fighters once. He and Vengeance are like brothers and protect each other.

@maneater (Alright, but I'm going to wait to change Lunar's level until lordlucario posts so I can get his opinion on it. Since I didn't hear anything on a level cap when I read the rules or when I joined, so I want the person who made the rp's opinion before I do a change to my form that might not be needed.)
