A s Streamstone left the group, Palesnow shrugged to herself. She padded off to the right of the group, jaws wide open. Forest scents played on her tongue, and an earthy, warm scent hit her. Fur damp with dew and dirt from its burrow, a chipmunk nibbled at something under the safety of a bracken clump. Palesnow’s eyes turned to slits, and the silver tabby dropped into a crouch, her tail wavering just above the debris below her. So slowly, the queen stalked forward, paw by paw, until she was close enough. The warrior sprang, claws unsheathing as she sailed through the air and slammed down onto her unsuspecting prey. Triumphantly, Palesnow paused to scrape dirt over her catch, purring lightly to herself.

M i n k b e l l y was just heading towards the exit of the cave when Ragwortgaze caught his eye. A flick of his tail drew Minkbelly towards him, and as he approached, the deputy said, “Minkbelly - would you mind staying in camp until I or Cactusstar get back? I don’t want to leave it unattended.”
“Of course!” Minkbelly purred, dipping his head. As the deputy turned back to the group, the tom padded towards the warriors’ den. He wouldn’t mind some company - perhaps someone was sleeping late. On his way there, he noticed Duckstep coming in, apparently from the hunt. As she settled herself into a corner of the cave, Minkbelly trotted towards her. “Hey, Duckstep! Good hunting today?”

T h e queen’s tail flicked back and forth with excitement. The charcoal-colored cat’s gaze followed her brother’s to the cream cat’s. She seemed kind, though the tom beside her was bristling with hostility. Normally she would have confronted him, demanded who he thought he was, but not today - she had just seen a family member after a long time. Instead, Goldie settled for pressing into Kioshi’s side and purring fondly.
“You still have to leave,” Fawnpounce broke the silence, glancing sideways at Creamflower. “It’s nice to put a name to a muzzle, but...this is still Clan territory.”
“Clan?” Goldie’s ears pricked, and her head tipped slightly. “In all my travels, I’ve never heard of a Clan.” She trotted forward, giving Creamflower’s pelt a good sniff, which seemed to make Fawnpounce bristle more, unhappy that the loner was getting nearer to them. “What’s a Clan, then?”

Creamflower lets the she-cat sniff her, not showing any signs of aggression towards her. Upon noticing Fawnpounce's hostility growing more because of the she-cat sniffing her, she gives him a stern yet reassuring look. "Please calm down Fawnpounce." she said. "The last thing I want is a fight right now." Upon hearing the she-cat's question, she thinks how to explain to her what a Clan is. "Well," she said, trying her best to explain even though its proving to be more difficult than expected. "A Clan is pretty much a group of cats trying to survive. We work together, eat together, care for one another, and defend each other in every way. We have our ups and downs as well as bad days when times get tough throughout the seasons, but in the end we still have each other."

He watched the cats on the same patrol with him and Halfshade, starting to make his way out of the camp, thinking that that's what they could be doing now. They needed to get to the forest to catch some prey, not waiting for the prey to come to them, that could take forever. His eyes looked over to Vixenblaze which seemed somehow focused "Is something troubling you Vixenblaze?" he asked at him.

She looked over to the two warrior's thinking that they may go to their own ways when she could go to the more open area with Snowpaw "Now let's go to the area I think could be a good place for you to show me your skills so far" she told her. She didn't really wait for an answer for her, she only took a turn around and decided the way to the spot of place "Now check the air and if you smell something, tell me what it is and try to catch it, okay?" she told her. She already smelled some prey nearby but wanted the apprentice to do the job to locate and catch them.

She listened to the cats around her for a moment 'going to do something important? what could be important for both the leader and medicine cat to go together?' she thought herself, watching as they walked to talk with the deputy. Sighing she needed to ask someone to go with her to collect some herbs, but so far she didn't see anyone who was not that busy or old enough to ask for, so she decided to check the warrior's den, spotting the still sleeping warrior Dawnheart there "Dawnheart? Are you open to helping me for a moment?" she asked at the warrior.

She followed after the move her mentor showed her, it itself was nothing new to her as she liked to do that with the kits when she was still in the nursery. She made the move few times before turned back to the older cat "ALright? are we done training then? I am hungry can we go back to camp or do the hunting you said?" she meowed to her.
