Lola nodded in reply, "Y-yes, I would rather stay here...," she trailed off.

"I-if that's okay with y-you I mean...," she added, not sure why she felt inclined to go out of her way toward about him. Of course, she felt why, but her mind wasn't going along the same path. She convinced herself she simply wanted to ensure her safety, and this area was open enough that she could escape if she needed, and hear if an ambush was set.

Blizzardwind nodded. "I'm fine with that." He said, then stood back up and shook some water out of his fur. He glanced at the lake, as if he thought of jumping back in, but thought otherwise since Lola was there.

Lola turned back to the lake, settling herself near the river again. She let herself relax and calm down. She hadn't dealt much with other cats, as she much preferred dogs. Cats fought back too much, and dogs were much easier to fool and take down.

Lola shook herself out a bit, the cool wind tickling her spine. She let the chirps of the birds and the sounds of the water sooth her. She closed her eyes, and took a deep breath, then opened them.

The the most curious idea occurred to her; she had never swam before. She was curious, but she had never even considered the idea. She reached out with one of her paws and reluctantly dabbed the ripples of the water. She was startled when she felt the cold, but she then felt embarrassed. Of course it was cold, it was water. She fumed quietly to herself at her stupidity.

Blizzardwind smiled. "Its not that bad once you're used to it." He said, then waded into the water, making it ripple. He turned back to her when it was up to his belly fur. "Do you want to try?" He asked.

He chuckles a bit, amused. "I'm glad to be one of them." he murmurs before beginning to groom his fur. He smiles a bit. "So what is one of the most adventurous things you’ve ever done?" he asks.

description; Amberpaw is a light brown tabby with darker brown stripes. He has a white muzzle and white-tinited chest. He also has wide, amber-colored eyes for which he was named for and a small pink nose.

personality; Amberpaw is known to be sarcastic, moody, annoying, grumpy, and constantly demanding. He is, in a way, a bit spoiled due to his kittypet past, but when it comes down to it, he's a loyal Clanmate through and through. He's needy, and whines a bit, and can be a bit of a troublemaker when he's not under a watchful eye. He definitely needs a calm and patient cat to be his mentor - as no one can handle the cat!

history; Before he joined LakeClan, Amberpaw (then known as Amber) was a pampered little tom that had everything at his feet. He was wild and unruly and had no boundaries nor discipline. Stupidly, he wandered into LakeClan's territory nearby his Twolegs' household, and was promptly sucked into their world. He found himself intrigued by the Clan's order - though he saw everything that the LakeClan cats showed him as a joke. He left his past life behind merely to have a good time, and up until he was made an apprentice, had no respect for Clan life or the Clan's rules. Nowadays, he understands these things and have come to terms with the warrior code and what it demands of him, but that doesn't mean he doesn't stir up trouble every once and a while or break those rules!

Lola jumped slightly at his voice. She had assumed that he was off to get his leader, but she was wrong. She let him see her be a complete bird-brain.

She looked away with uncertainty. She wasn't sure if she could trust him fully or not, but it seemed fun...

'Jump first, think later,' she told herself, backing up quickly, her face still uncertain. She allowed herself to breathe a few times, her heart almost in her throat.

She squeezed her eyes shut tight, and ran, "Leap of faith!" she squealed, and plopped into the water.

She gave out a huge gasp as the cold water engulfed her body, sending her into temporary panic, until her paws touched the lakebed. she could comfortably stand in this area of the water, something she didn't even think about until after she was in the water.

Her thick fur allowed for the water to wet the upper layer, but her body felt mostly dry, albeit cold. She looked at Blizzardwing, a small smile growing on her muzzle. She gave a small laugh, feeling young and very kit-ish.

Blizzardwind laughed and ducked under the water, swimming towards Lola. He popped back up a few inches in front of her, then went back, giving her space.

Just around the corner bluestar slowly crocked in around the corner being shy and quite not knowing what the clan would think of her.
She was orange with white paws and white stripes. She was just above he age of a kit. She hoped the clan would not attack.
