Rows and rows of large cages are lined up against the walls.
Dogs are inside the cages, barking and chewing on the steel
metal bars that seperate them from the outside world. You
walk past the dogs and into a small room. There are slightly
smaller cages in the room, each filled with two to three cat
s. The cats mew and hiss, their eyes filled with pain. You st
are at the small felines, your heart pounding. Animals shou
ld not be kept in such awful conditions. As you make your w
ay back to the dogs, you vow to take care of animals in a sa
fe and healthy environment. You will start your own shelter,
and you will protect each animal that comes your way.
