Falling through the air at high speeds is Fireteam alpha's specialty so what are they doing right now? Falling at high speeds through a vex portal into some random universe or time. Who's fault is this? Well to better understand you will need the full story.

Ace and her team were on a mission to destroy a vex gate lord. It should have been an easy task but someone, Ace, though it was a good idea to go through a vex portal. Little did she know it wasn't going to just take her to the other side of the court they were fighting in... she was dead wrong. and of course her team had to follow behind her and that in turn made the vex follow them. and that brings us back to the present.

Finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, literally, the three fell through into a strange world that looks quite a lot like Earth before the collapse. In fact, it might just be earth before the collapse or it might be an earth from another universe. Before they reached the ground Ace and Dito used their float ability to land safely while Akiel boosted once to dampen the damage from his fall. His health was quickly regenerated and they quickly got into position their backs facing one another before they realized they were surrounded by extremely confused looking humans. What shocked Ace the most was the fact there were no Exos or Awoken among the crowds of civilians, this definitely was not their Earth. They didn't get much more time to process anything they were seeing as vex quickly landed around them sending the civilians around them into a screaming panic. Usually, they wouldn't protect civilians since their enemies wouldn't go after them but the vex were horrible creatures who killed whatever moved.
Ace jumped in front of a mother and her child taking the kit from a vex gun, usually, her health would regenerate very quickly from just one hit but for some reason, it was lingering a while before slowly regenerating. "ok Rex whats going on?" Her ghost, Rex floated out behind her but stayed silent and she could tell he was thinking. Since they were both linked in many ways she could tell what he was thinking although it took concentration and she was too busy dealing with crowd control.

"the traveler's light doesn't reach here. you have to stay close to Dito and Akiel if you want to be able to heal and revive yourself. Please be careful guardian." Rex informed her of the situation but it still shocked her. Usually, even in different realms, the traveler's light was able to follow Guardians on missions. "Geez ok inform Dito and Akiel. what did we get ourselves into?" Being the titan of the group it was her job to hit big enemies hard and she just so happened to have her Hammers. Grinning to herself she turned to the vex gate lord before calling out to her teammates. " You guys take over crowd control Im going for the Ultra." " Ace you idiot you heard Rex don't do anything stup-" Ace cut Akiel off by turning her comms off and popping her hammers and throwing three at the Gate lords chest lowering it's health a ton before hitting a few smaller vex with the rest of her hammers. Stupidly she ran up to the gate lord and slammed into it at full force and although she managed to finish it off and destroy it, it damaged her pretty badly. by now there were maybe one or two civilians still in the area and only two vex left. before she knew it both of her teammates were at her side healing her and helping her stand up. She already knew what they were gonna say. "You idiot! you could have gotten yourself killed! Your recklessness is getting out of hand." She scoffed and shoved Akiel's hand off her. "'I knew i would be fine." she lied and left to deal with the last remaining vex before they could say anything else. she could tell Dito was mad by the fact she didn't help her up.

Diana sat quietly in her home, reading a tiny book she had found on the earth's history. It has been a while since she went home, and she has been thinking about it for a while. There could be someone in danger at any moment, and it was too risky to leave earth. She thought to get a hold of the justice league somehow, but decided just staying here is best. She got up, and walked outside. She saw a group of people surrounding something...? She walked over slowly, to examine what it was. She couldn't see anything through the people, so she rolled her eyes and walked back to her house, but she sat on the porch and read, just to wait and see if she could glance at the mysterious beings...

Pissed was what Dito was right now. She had grown close to her teammates after first meeting them, before she had been a scared timid warlock who stayed in the tower near Ikora. When Ikora finally forced her to leave the tower and put her into a fireteam she had panicked and begged Ikora to let her stay but surprisingly Akeil was the one who managed to coax her out by telling her he would protect her and after they reached their mission she found out she was extremely skilled like Ikora had always told her.

Dito growled slightly and aimed her sniper at the last two vex killing them before Ace could. It was petty but the thought of losing her friend, no family member made her mad. She looked back at Akeil and he nodded his head as if he understood what she was saying. "Yeah Dito i agree we need to find a way home." Ace was talking with her Ghost over by the Gate lord's robotic body probably brooding like the huge child she was. All the civilians had cleared and now sirens had started to sound, sirens that sounded like Fallen alarms. Akeil had stiffened behind her as vehicles that looked like the old rusted ones on the edge of the cosmodrome wall drove up before screeching to a halt in front of them. Men all dressed in the same uniform came out with pistols drawn making Akeil, Dito, and Ace all raise their guns. none of them had ever shot a fellow human which made them hesitate. "PUT YOUR WEAPONS DOWN." one man shouted but the three didn't drop their weapons. they had been trained to never surrender no matter what and all this was confusing them.
