Dawn & Alex
Dawn's eyes narrowed as she looked into the water. It was mucky; like any pond or lake in the area. People littered and usually fished, killing the fish that lived in their habitat. She hated this concept. Taking innocent animals from a place they were already forcefully put into. Her arms were wrapped around her legs and her face was deadpanned, like usual. She wasn't listening to her friend's conversation who were sitting at a bench up a small hill. She enjoyed to be alone. She loved her friends, though. She'd do anything for them accept become more social. If they asked her a question, she'd usually respond with a rude comment or not respond at all.
"Dawn! Stop moping around like a piece of.. well, I don't know!" On the other hand, there is Alex. Dawn's younger Brother. He's playful, sweet, and wouldn't say anything rude about anyone. He loved to tease his Sister now and then, but he knew her limits from past experiences. He stood from the bench, looking to his two friends before hopping down the hill next to Dawn. He squatted down with a small smirk, tapping her nose with his right index finger. "C'mon, don't you want to talk to us?"
"At the moment, no. So stop touching my nose and go." Dawn snarled, looking up at her Brother with a glare. Alex fell on his butt and quickly scrambled to his feet, running back up the hill to the others.
"I think she's in one of her moods again." He leaned his elbows against the back of the bench after sitting back down. "Cody, maybe you should try to make her feel better." He looked over to his friend, smirking evilly. He knew he wasn't into girls, but he liked to push him into awkward situations with them. He was sweet and kind, but still a prankster. Dawn heard him, but knew it would take an effort for one of them to make her crack. She hid her face in her legs, breathing softly. She tried to relax with the soft sounds of the water rushing and the birds whistling up in the trees.
