Black lions do not exist, the pics you see on google have been photo shopped

You need two lionessess and one male at least to start a pride. PM me if you start one
No using herbs or anything like that to heal wounds, its not realistic. Lions would rely on time to heal them
Don't make perfect kills everytime, hunting is very difficult and very dangerous, lionesses hunt together
Please follow the guidelines below
How they behave
Pride lions
A pride consists of 1 or 2 males known as a coalition, several females and their cubs
The males will mate with the females on heat
When the mane of a young male lion appears they are then kicked out of the pride
All members except the cubs help fight off intruders
The females are the ones that go hunting whilst the males stay behind to watch over their cubs
The males patrol the edge of the prides territory
The hunters that have caught the prey get to eat first but if a male is nearby they might dominate the kill
The cubs of the pride eat last
Mother Lions keep their cubs with them for a few weeks then introduces them to the pride. Once introduced the cubs can suckle from any female in the pride
Females will leave the pride to give birth to their cubs, they will find a good well hidden place like a bush or small clump of trees to make their dens
A new male taking over a pride will usually kill all the cubs in the pride
When females reach adulthood they are challenged by the other adult females to see if they can stand up to them. This includes harrassment at kills and minor fights. The intimidated lionessess run from the pride and become nomads, the ones that could put up with it are accepted into the pride and are members for life
The dominant female is the strongest and most able and the one who produces the best cubs. The Lionesses will fight over the title to see who is the strongest.
Nomadic (Lone) Lions
Nomadic lions can travel alone or in pairs (More often with excluded males, often brothers)
Males can join a pride by taking over the prides males relationship with the pride
Females find it harder to join a pride because pride lions are less tolerant to lionessess outside their family pride
A nomadic lions territory is called a range
General
Lions mature after about 2 years
Lionessess can have 1-4 cubs at a time
Cubs join their parents to learn how to hunt after a year, after 2 years young lions can bring down prey as large as a gazelle by themselves
Lions live for about 15 years in the wild
Cubs will be weaned off milk after about 2 months
Lions don't take in cubs that are not their own or pride. They will kill them after checking their scent
Lions do not live in caves or camps. They shelter under trees or in the open where they will sleep huddled together
