- Chenoa
When the buck was lifeless and the others of the hunting party were beginning to convene closer to the kill, Chenoa lifted her head from the buck's neck. Her gaze shifted with approval to Dream, as she too seemed excited and proud with the kill. It was only a mere few minutes before it was time to drag the kill back towards camp for the rest of the pack, and so the female made her her way around to the upper part of the neck, where the fur was thick and would tear less easily. Her head dipped with hunger as she dug her pearly incisors through the thick fur and flesh, clamping her jaws tightly shut around a good piece of meat. Finally she began to tug as her paws shoved themselves into the loose soil, pushing it forwards in order to try and drag the buck backwards. Others joined in and the prey was starting to slide across the earth, flattening a few plants and carrying a good bit of dirt beneath its heavy body.
Chenoa released her tight grip once the hunting party had dragged the buck close enough to the dens, where the kill pile could be found. She moved her jaws a bit to relieve some of the tension, not having done that in quite some time. It was always a bonding and festive time when the wolves could bring down such a large kill; one that could feed mouths for days. It was, of course, more important with younglings when little mouths had to be fed as well. The demoness' gave drifted from the kill and back towards the others momentarily, before lifting to the sky. She winced from the falling sun and so her eyes closed, ears fell slightly back as she listened to the others, and her posture became loose. She sat quietly beside the kill pile and stayed there aimlessly, feeling the icy breeze hit her snow white pelt.

- The Son of Chaos
Two amber irises shifted forwards, focussed on the hunt as it went into action. Just as they brought down the buck, the brute moved forwards rather gracefully for his gender. His gaze would shift from one wolf to the next, inspecting each of them, especially the Alpha, for any injuries. Although he was no healer, he knew what to do for the basic injuries. The Son of Chaos lifted his head high into the air, careful not to be dominating over Dream, as he approached the others. He was proud of them for what they had done and happy no one had gotten too hurt. The fresh kill smelled of succulent muscle and flesh as the scent whirled through the air, curling around the wolves which only caused them all the more hunger. Thankfully he had enough control to ignore it, keeping his stomach from growling in thirst.
Chaos had helped the wolves drag the kill back towards camp, closer to the dens, in order for the entire pack to get to it. Although he was a bit hungry, he would wait until everyone had gotten a fair share. Despite his important role in the pack, it was also out of duty, respect and care that he would make sure everyone else had consumed enough meat for themselves first. When Dream came over to take a seat beside him, he decided it was best to sit down and so he did. It always made a conversation more 'laid back'. Chaos flicked his dark russet ears towards the female and turned a bit to look at her with bright, golden-amber eyes as he returned a faint smile. "I wouldn't have taken this job had I known it would be boring. Besides, I know what I must do for the pack and it is seemingly second nature to me," the large brute responded, his gaze shifting ahead then back at her occasionally. He had always been rather protective of others, especially those he was close to. Just thinking about it caused his gaze to fall upon Chenoa, his childhood friend. The two of them didn't have much in common, but he always looked after her like a brother. There wasn't a moment when the brute thought twice about giving his life up for her or any other wolf in the pack.
