Sheik blinked, then growled softly. "I'm just fine now, Luhua. I did have pretty bad dreams last night, but now im over them" He was telling the truth, but was still slightly shaken, the dreams had pretty much been a mix of everything bad that has ever happened to him, then things that could possibly happen.

Luhua nodded, yawning. "Okay, Sheik. If you ever need to talk about it, I'm open to listen." she said, standing up from her sitting position, grabbing the doe in her jaws. "Come on. We can have a good meal now. It'll help." she said through fur, dragging the deer into the den and setting it down, ripping a leg from it and laying down a little ways off.

Sheik nodded and stood, his hurt leg bent and tucked up against his body, and he limped after her, unbalanced from only walking on three legs. He ripped a leg off, then sat down quickly, starting to eat it. The warm blood calmed him, and he closed his eyes while eating, tail tip flicking.

Luhua chewed the meat slowly, not letting the hunger get the best of her. But, soon the bone started to show itself as Luhua ate. Pausing to lick the blood from her lips, she glanced at Sheik before diving back into the hind leg of the doe.

Sheik finished his leg, but didnt get any more. He stood on three legs, and looked at Luhua "I'll be right back" he limped out of the den, stopping and looking around, then he limped off towards a frozen river.

Luhua nodded, licking the bone clean, looking at the deer, which was missing two legs, but didn't take anymore. Instead, she rose to her paws, picking up the doe in her jaws and dragging it to a corner of the den, using it as a 'fresh-kill pile. Slipping outside, the female sat down at the den entrance, licking blood off one of her paws.

Sheik stopped at the river, looking into it. He found a shallow enough area, then brought a paw down on the ice, snapping a hole in it. He lowered his head, and drank the frozen water, chills going down his spine. He hated drinking cold water during the winter, but he had to.

Luhua yawned, picking out deer feer from in between her claws. She then turned and went back inside the den, glancing towards the snow wall....And finding it wasn't there. It had melted! The female flicked her ears, before laying down in the cold corner of the den, curling into a ball, head on her tail.

Sheik sighed, raising his head from the frozen water. Suddenly, he heard a snap. He froze, then looked around, but saw nothing. Curious, he limped towards where the sound was. He then smelt a framiliar, disgusting smell. Humans! With a hiss, he crouched, wincing at his leg. When he peered over a hill, he saw humans, far off, and smelt leopard blood. He growled, then limped as quickly as he could back into the den, looking mad.

Luhua picked up the scent of Leopard blood, and a vicious snarl escaped her at the scent of another Leopard. Male. Jumping to conclusions at figuring it was Luckas, she crouched down, tail lashing as she waited for the male to show himself, ears flattening.
