You get out of your car, taking in the beautiful scenery around you. Forests take on a horse shoe shape around the camp with meadows and fields nearby. Horses can be heard whinnying in the nearby pastures along with birdsong. Summer camp. You can't help but smile with excitement. Here you can train, make new friends, and their are different competitions weekly. Unfortunately, very few are here this summer and the stable is struggling. Past years' competitions have gone bad, and they need more than ever to win some now; in order to save the stables.

Angela's Bio:

When she was younger,about seven her dad walked out on her and her mother,well he was sent to jail,fir life.Her mother just told her that he walked out,she didn't quite understand what had happened that day until she got older.All through school people looked at her like she was some kind of freak.They whispered and stay away from her at all times.The most someone got near her was about 4 feet.When she turned a corner everyone walked wide to get around her.She never had friends and soon she never spoke until one day,a new kid,her soon to be best friend walked in.It was like any ordinary day.She walked to school and ignored the whispers from everyone like normal.As she walked up to her locker the normal bullies proving they weren't scared of any girl pushed and shoved her.One of the guys punched her in the face and a guy saw it and ran up.He was really cute and he punched the bullies and defended her and if they got close he would lash out to make sure they left her alone.This cute guy was Mark,she didn't know it but Mark would become her best friend.So Mark and her became best friends and even dated a little through freshman and junior years and one night they where out on a date and Mark was talking to her at a stoplight say how beautiful she was and he turned his head back to look a traffic and as he pulled out a speeding car rammed into them.Their car flew and hit the ground hard and Angela became knocked out,they last thing she say was Mark's face.Their car rolled and rolled until it finally just stop.When Angela woke up she was in he hospital on a hospital bed.As one of the nursers say her awake she gasped and ran to get a doctor,dropping Angela's food tray.As the minutes went by in the empty room it felt like hours to Angela.Finally the nurse that found her awake and a doctor walked in.She soon found out that she had been in a comma for seven days and thought she had been dead but her mom refused to let them take her off of life support.Angela felt tears sting her eyes as the told them something that would lock her heart away forever,that Mark had died a few minutes ago.She beat herself up about Mark being dead saying."Only if I had said I had plans!" "If I had woken up a few minutes earlier I could've said good-bye to Mark and that I...I...I loved him!" She cried and cried for days on end.She never forgave herself and no one things she'll ever forgive herself.

Shadow's Bio:

Shadow's story is like any sad sob story.As a young boy Shadow was abused by his father.Physically and...well,I think you know.Lets start at the beginning.Shadow's father was an abuser.He abused his mother since Shadow was six.One day he hit her so hard then stomped over to Shadow and smacked him.His mother had had enough.She packed her stuff and some clothes for Shadow and walked with his mom to their car.Shadow looked up at his mother with his big young eyes and said."Mommy,where are we going?" His mother answered by saying "Shadow baby,I don't know." As she said they she helped Shadow into his booster seat and buckled him in and closed the door.She walked to the drivers side and climbed in.She started the engine,closed the door,and drove off.Shadow's mom began to cry and cry her vision getting blurry with all the tears.As his mom was turning she was not paying attention and swerved into the traffic coming the oppiste way.A eight-wheeler hit the car.It tumbled around and was flipped around.911 was dialed and Shadow and his mother where rushed to the hospital.When Shadow was all better he went home...without his mom.Since the dad Shadow was brought home with his dad he began abusing Shadow,both ways.Each dad the abuse getting worse and worse until one day Shadow couldn't take it and went into the kitchen and slipped a small knife in his sleeve and waited for his dad to start the daily abuse.As his dad struck him Shadow slipped out the knife and has his dad's hand was coming down Shadow stabbed him in the hand.His dad jerked back the knife catching Shadow above his left eye.His dad got even more mad and charged at Shadow.Shadow scrambled and grabbed the knife and covered his face with his left arm as he swung his right one.He put his hand down as he heard the running stop.He started in shock at his dad.He had killed his dad by stabbing the knife into his dad's head.Shadow just sat there looking at his dad for and hour and a half then decided to call 911.As the police arrived the found Shadows dead father,by now Shadow was fourteen.A few hours later Shadow was at the police station telling the police men everything that had been happening for the past years.They didn't press charges because Shadow was just a boy and that he had killed his father in self defense.Soon Shadow was placed in foster care and on Shadow's fifteenth birthday he decided to escape the foster system and while on the road went to horse show's and found out he was a natural at riding and his love for horses was strong.He started competing.But Shadow never forgot his past...he never while.


Halia Joy Smith

Halia grew up in the country around her family's horses. When she was seven they had to sell the horses and the ranch. Halia hated the idea of leaving and getting rid of their nine horses to people she didn't know. At her request she got to keep one horse. She chose the young filly, Saving Grace. They moved into the city and found a nearby stables to keep Grace. The next few years went well. Halia got three other horses and Saving Grace had a colt which she named Rolling Thunder. Once Thunder was old enough to take part in competitions they did Jumping and Cross Country. Thunder ended up breaking a leg from landing after a jump on it wrong. Halia broke a few ribs and her arm from the fall. For months after that she refused to ride and finally her parents convinced her to at least ride one of the others. The bond between Halia and Titan strengthened as she rode with him the most after that. Then things last year seemed to go downhill pretty fast. Halia recieved a call from one of her friends that her boyfriend had been cheating on her. She soon got over and life went on; that is, until the accident. One night Halia insisted that her parents go out for dinner and that she'd be alright running Christmas errands with her friends. While out with her friends she recieved a call from the hospital that her parents had been in a accident. She left and got the the hospital as fast as possible, only to find out her father had already passed. Halia then stayed by her mother's side as she took her final breaths. Shortly after that she packed her things and drove to her Aunt's that was a few hours away. She still blames herself for what happened to them, knowing that if she hadn't insisted on them going out for dinner that they would have been alive. The pain is still as bad as it was when she lost them, but she keeps it all bottled up inside. At times she'll take Titan or Frost out for a ride in the middle of the night to think, and most of the time she ends up breaking down from the memories. No one knows about this and most likely won't unless they ask her or find her leaving the stables at night.


Horse bio's
Lightning's Bio:
Lightning was born on an Indian reservation to two fine horses. After a few days his mother was killed because the people were starving. The other horses all escaped, all but Lightning. He found the gate open and ran, trying to find his family, but all he found was a mare who was pregnant. Lady, the mare, took Lightning in and cared for him. The mare was about to give birth, so she had fallen behind. After the mare gave birth she, her foal, and Lightning found the herd. The lead stallion believed what the mare said. Lightning's new 'sister' was named Dreamer, and they were both accepted into the herd. Dreamer has always believed that Lightning is her brother, while he is the only horse alive that knows the truth. When he was caught, she followed him, but was later released. He grew attached to a male rider, Dinarte, who won him over with caution and bribery.

Finnick O'Dare

He was born on a ranch way out in Nevada. He enjoyed running around and teasing cows from the other side of the fence. He was a playful foal, That is util his mother was brutally murdered by a pack of wolves. He used to sulk and cower at the sounds of a pack of wolves. He was forced to grow up and mature that day. A year later he was meeting all the mares on the ranch.( ) He become the ranch's Leading breeding stud. he produced many fine looking babies. all of tthem becaome great cow horses. He became a very full-of-himself kind of horse. He did not know what work was and he was always a charmer for the ladies since they kept coming back to him. He only found one girl for him but she sadly passed away when she became mentally unstable and escaped. She died out in the wild and he knew it. He has become his usual self and gotten over her. He continues to remember her and have dark days but he shows to the ladies that he is not a weak one to deal with.

Octavia's Bio
She was born in a Olypmic Stable, She was pressured to be great even at her young age. Everyday she was out with her mother looking longingly at the other foals playing. She wanted horses to like her. One day she was put out with other foals. she was very fearful. she looked behind her but her mother was not there. She whimpered and put distance between her and the other foals, how she craved her mother's milk! After two years of being in that pen she never really made friends until a new two year old was brought in with her,a colt, She watched from a distance but soon he came very insterested in her. she knew from the first time that he tlaked to her that she loved him and he loved her. The colt had made friends with the others so she eventually made friends with them. she also meet her brother the next day, she barely remembered him, But she has never forgotten him since. Once old enough she showed great promise in the world of jumping, so did her mate Peeta's Revenge. the owners bred them but soon after a horrible fire destroyed the farm. she ran away not knowing what had happened to her mate. She took her brother with her and learned the ways of the wild. Now she has her foals to care for. the only thing she has left of her beloved mate.
