Skylar hurriedly got up as her alarm beeped out, signaling it was 7:00 AM. She jumped in the shower, quickly blow drying her hair as she got out. She tried her best to be as quick as possible, knowing that Cody was bound to get up any minute. Cody was told that he had to help with the horses for $20 a day while Skylar was simply told to find a job as soon as possible. And that was her plan for the day. She's going to go out and look for any job openings that she might be interested in.

Cody's alarm starting beeping at 7:30 and he instantly got up, heading for the bathroom. He noticed Skylar was already downstairs so he jumped straight into the shower and afterwards began getting ready. After he was dressed, he walked outback towards the horse barn where he could see his stepfather already working away. He simply wanted to get paid the $20 today so that when he was done helping with the horses, he could go out and buy the new shoes he wanted. He only needed $10 more for the shoes so this was perfect.
