Panic rose in my throat when I didn't see Nick in his cell.

"looking for someone?" A deep, meanacing voice said as a gloved hand grabbed her shoulder.

"Get off of me," I growled, pushing the hand away. I didn't care who it was. I needed Nick back.

When I saw who it was, I grinned.

Nick wasn't grinning. He looked...shocked, at the VERY least. (he kinda looked like he had just seen a puppy with butterfly wings holding a full-size tow truck in one paw and a knife in the other doing the polka with Justin Bieber while repeatedly stabbing the horrible singer in the chest. And yes, I'm beginning to doubt my sanity too.) "Z-Zoey!?" he said.
