I was just curious...but is there a way to BLOCK someone permanently?

I see sometimes during trades...there is an option to "block" someone....but it only gives me that option in trades...is there a way to do it otherwise??

There is a way to block PMs from them by using the rules and settings option under the PM folder. Just click 'sender' and type in their name. I don't think there is a way to ignore their posts though.

Yup, the block option adds them to your foes list, which you can find in your My Account page:
