That's impossible as V-Adoptables doesn't allow you to edit the PHP code can that actually perform actions on pets. You can only edit the appearance of the website by editing the templates they provide.

You can have a trading system though... if you create a page with the url of: http://www.YOURWBSITE.myadopts.com/trade.php/
