COPPA :/

You know where you click " Send private message ".

You know like COPPA players can't get them... what happens to them if you send them to a COPPA player.

Also why does it give the option of " Send private message " If they can't get them ?

If they ever send in a permission slip (or simply turn 13), they can actually read the messages that arrived.

This is because in a standard phpBB install, COPPA users can't even activate their accounts (they must send in a parent's permission slip before they can even log on), so phpBB has no support for letting you know that you're trying to send a PM to an account that can't read it. We could probably improve this a bit.

When I was COPPA'd, I got emails about private messages. I couldn't read them, but at least I could see the topic.
