Oekaki/Java problems & solutions

Whenever I try and edit a drawing, I use a paint bucket to full in everything..Then the whole screen goes white ! And also when I save a drawing (to edit it later) I can't find it again! I need help! Thanks!

I can't help you with your first problem so much, but I can possibly with the second. (Unless of course you're using white paint or something)

Are you using Chicken Paint? If so, the saved drawings have been moved. Now you must pick 'start a new drawing' and when it prompts you to select a canvas size you will see your saved drawings at the bottom of the screen. Just click on one and you're good to go! Just make sure you access the drawing from the correct forum, because it will be posted in the forum you use to access it when you are finished.

So... I used Google for a pic, and now it wont read the drawing on anything. I usually use firefox, buuut I forgot and used Google chrome and now I can't even open it on chrome, it just says 'failed to load layers' on chrome and just has the start cup on Firefox. I tried to switch out when I realized chrome wasn't able to do the pressure sensitivity for some reason? Buut now its pointless. I can open everything but the one file. x.x

I have a touchscreen laptop, so i use a pen straight onto the screen, and pen pressure doesn't work, is there a step i am missing to have non-tablet pen pressure? Or will this eventually be added... Etc?

I can't access my saved pictures on Oekaki and I don't know what to do. Can someone explain to me how I am supposed to do that? I was coloring in a custom that I got of a species, but I had to be done and save it. However, now I can't access it. Help?

Don't worry they were just moved. When you are selecting a canvas size you can find them underneath those selections. Just click on one of them to start drawing.

I am not 100% sure on this. I seem to have pen pressure on my i Phone when I use oekaki which sounds similar since it's touch screen. Maybe try out a few different browsers and see if it makes a difference?

edit: It looks like Nick is planning on adding support for tablet computers soon so if you still can't get it to work, you might be able to in the near future.

Ahh I keep having this problem where my brushstrokes would lag/not move, and then suddenly move quickly and basically make a straight line.

I used to have this problem with Chibipaint (because I don't regularly update my Chome tbh,) but that could be resolved with me fiddling with some tablet settings.
But now even that doesn't work anymore, so I can't draw on Oekaki at all, because I can't switch back to Chibipaint.
Any suggestions?
