Im confused. it says cs has been down for the past two hours, but in my downtime ive only been waiting 35 minutes. not counting 3 minutes typing this question.

Maybe you were here for the last 35mins. Because It has definitely been 2 hours

Nope. i was on, browsing editable oekaki, then after i went to a different topic it said there was downtime or whatever. 35 minutes later it came back on.
