Actually, don't bother the technicians; try replacing your pen nib. I had this problem fixed by buying a new pen nib.

Which program are you trying to draw in? Can you use the pen to click on things?

in the chicken smoothie one, and when i try to hold the botton to draw, the options would come up, like as if you were using a mouse and you right clicked on the mouse

Usually the pen just has a button for right-clicking. You don't press the button while you're drawing or to left click.
