Can't cancel a trade?

Uh, help? Sometimes when I try to cancel trades, this comes up:

Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction

It goes away, but it dos it on almost every one I try to cancel. It doesn't do it with accepting or editing. ><

Odd, I'm not sure what would make it do that for cancels and not accepts... Anyway I made a change which might improve things, so let me know if it gets better.
