Lost & Found ~ Item Pound

I was thinking, you know when you cheat, or get banned, ect, all your pets go to the pound? Well, what if you had a pound, but for items , called "Lost & Found" The same rules would apply as the pound, you "take/adopt" 1 Item every 24 hours, and the "Lost & Found" opens at random times. I think this would help because lots of the time, when people get banned, the items disappear and it would be a great thing for us all to be able to do the same with items as we do with the pets in the pound, as items are just as important to some of us.
