- It might possibly be called 'Copy link address' or something of the sort. If that doesn't work, try clicking 'Open in new Tab' and copying the url in the url bar up the top of the newly opened tab, that should work as well.
For banners and stamps, you'd generally use a program like Photoshop or SAI and upload it then link the picture to where you need to go. That, or you could use something like this to create it, however you'll probably have a watermark or signature attached to the banner which makes it look a little less professional in my opinion. But it is far easier to create a banner with a banner maker if that's more appealing to you
It looks quite good to me, perhaps some colour or some images in the posts to pretty it up a little might not go astray. Be careful not to go overboard with those though, a nice centered image and one or two colours (Make sure they're easily readable), I find that unless you're using a very very dark colour for text, only colour the titles.
