@Ocelot Fey: I get the impression this is nyan cat fanart, in which case it's probably not a problem. So long as she made the animated nyan cat icon herself, I don't think it counts as art stealing.

You could contact a mod though, see what they think

EDIT: Looked up the original nyan cat, and I'm inclined to agree with you now. The icon looks a lot like the original, which might make it not qualify as fanart. Good that you reported it, I shall now withdraw myself from this conversation...
